The Supercar Sunday Excursion Paint Is Dead! The Clear Coat is Peeling Off Everywhere After The Rain

I love my 2002 7.3L diesel Ford Excursion. With almost 300k miles, it runs like a champ and does everything I need it to do. At one point in time it was arguably the cleanest on the west coast (when I bought it from the previous owner). But now, years later it is time to repaint... we all know what a pain that is and how expensive paint and bodywork is here in California.
I would like to keep this Excursion for a very long time...so I am probably going to bite the bullet and repaint it! Or, should I wrap it? What do you guys think I should do? Where should I have it painted? After all, the 7.3 is LEGENDARY!
