It can, but you just need to be careful with it! Choose a pan/pot which firmly sits on the stove. If you're only cooking for yourself, there's no need to use a very big one, plus you'll reduce the amount of oil used. Wear tight sleeved top, so that your sleeves wouldn't get in your way or wouldn't get caught by the handles of the pot/pan you'll be cooking in. Gently lower the food you'll be deep-frying into the oil, don't just throw it in there. And once you're done make sure you remove the pot from the hot part of the stove. Good luck!
Yes it can be dangerous but like popiliakalniu said, make sure you have a stable pot or pan with large edges and make sure there’s nothing around that can knock it over. When placing the chicken into the oil, always place it in away from yourself so if it does spit or splash it’s going to go forward and not back at you. Once you’ve finished with the oil, allow it to completely cool down before you touch it. I know i said in this video to use the hot oil to sauté the garlic but if you’re not comfortable in doing so simply use some fresh oil that’s not hot.

AP flour for browning , corn starch for crispy , baking powder to up the PH and keep it crispy after adding sauce, I haven’t seen a bad recipe from this guy yet .

As for storage, place it into a container or bucket or whatever you have ready for the next use. When it comes to disposal, allow it to completely cool down as we don’t want to melt anything and for it to spill everywhere and pour it into a container that you’re going to throw away anyway. I usually pour mine into an old laundry liquid bottle or you can pour it back into the same oil carton you originally got it from and just throw it into the bin. Please never pour oil down the drain, it will ruin and clog your pipes 😊

Cooked this recipe last night …probably the best thing I’ve cooked from RUclips..it was absolutely amazing.total filth ( I’m British so that means it’s good),they were like savoury sweet chicken donuts,and my 87 year old mother loved them.thank you for that as it was six months to the day that my farther died and it been a struggle to get her to enjoy her food and you’ve helped more than you know.thank you.
Personally I’d just leave it out altogether. The soy sauce will add a great flavour but will overpower the other ingredients. You can add it but personally I wouldn’t. 😊

In the case of mixing meat into batters or marinades, I much prefer to wear gloves simply because its much more convenient and easier to then briefly wash your hands if needed. I know its best to have a sink full of hot soapy water ready to go but failing this, there is nothing worse than having to touch the taps with sticky chickeny hands to then run the water, grab the liquid soap with said sticky hands in order to clean them. Bugger that, gloves are so much better in this case. I do wish I could easily get the black gloves though, much better than the usual horrible blue gloves easily available here, you can get clear too but I like the black gloves but on ebay they cost a fortune.

Jack could I replace the sesame oil with soy sauce without ruining it.
