Guys, check out The Cook Up. He's been doing a show on Australian tv for the past year and just went into the second season. The first season is 200 episodes, so if you can get ahold of it, there's plenty of Adam to last you a while :)

Being an activist is now a good thing? Usually the main agreement is that activists are an obnoxious loud minority of id10ts who complain about everything... Guess it depends on what type of activism you do I suppose. The current "w0ke activist" trend would be things like BLM, LGBT+, Extinction rebellion and all the other utterly ins4ne & delusi0nal movements, but if he's an activist for things like domestic vi0lence or homelessness etc (like an actual issue), I suppose it's fine.
Whatever happened to this channel, I hope you are well and will pick it up again soon. The cinematography is great, the editing is great, the content is topnotch, hell even the thumbnails are among the nicest looking I've ever seen.
You manage to establish an incredible rapport with the camera. Just though eye contact alone you establish intimacy and empathy with the viewer. It's truly remarkable to watch.
I've just finished watching Masterchef Australia season 2 and found your channel. Adam you were literally the most humble, generous and sweetest contestant ever , always smiling and rooting for your fellow contestants! Much love and respect♥️
I disagree. The shakey cam and side angles were all unneeded and made me feel like we were on a boat. I think there are ways to do this that are slicker. The composition, however, spot on.
Hi Adam, I love you videos! I hope you are doing fine and the break in videos is just temporary :) Thanks to your dumpling school I'm making my own chilli oil and I made the best dumplings ever [please note I'm Polish and we have pierogies which are treated as holy ;) ] Thank you for this channel!

I even made your recipe for the sauce. What a lovely person you are to share all your knowledge with us. you are soft spoken, very proffessional and a joy to learn from... Thank you for your time and effort. Best wishes
Few last episodes have been acknowledged the businesses impacted by bushfire, aside as a moment of reflection, it's a decent way to promote those business so they can bounce back. This is more than a cooking show. Great job Adam.
Adam has a show on SBS TV every night and also writes for newspapers, websites etc. and has three young children! He's probably the busiest man in Australia at the moment.
I made this recipe yesterday and it was so delicious. I quadrupled the recipe 1/2 for yesterday and 1/2 for meal prep, cooked all the sauce at once and stored the sauce in a mason jar. Then fried the chicken only once, cooled it down and put it in the fridge. I will pull from the fridge and fry a second time and coat with the sauce as directed. Served with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli.
I'm so thrilled to have discovered your channel today, and am simultaneously devastated to see that, for whatever reason, there hasn't been much new content in a while. And that's okay. I hope you are well, that's all that matters. I will be enjoying your videos for many hours.

Our youngest daughter came from Korea. You just cooked her favourite meal from a small child. Now she is totally into Korean food with Kimchi at the top of her menu but she can always manage honey chicken. Thank you. 🦋
Chef Liaw - of all the chefs I follow {and there are many} you are the most gracious one! I have learned immensely from you and I am much obliged, Sir. 🤠 非常感謝!
Talk about Australians helping each other out -- some years ago a woman going through a tough time started a website on the idea of feeding a family of 4 for a week on $120. Her recipe for sesame chicken is remarkably close to this, and is still one of my go-to recipes.
Man, that is a sublime recipe. I've only ever done Justine Scofield's, but this one is awesome. I was surprised you don't use tomato sauce as it's used in all other recipes I can find. Thanks so much for this one
This is so interestingly and ever so slightly distinct from the American Chinese food I'm used to getting from takeouts here, but I really want to try making it. Sounds delicious.
Thank you for the content. It's really more then just the food and staying original when your personality. I recently made your teriyaki sauce recipe and now my parents want me to cook more lol. I'll try this next looks really good.

Omg so amazing I cannot wait to try this on the weekend. I love the easy steps as well as a journey on where you have obtained your ingredients and share their stories. Well done high five to you.
Dear Mr Adam, Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful recipe Australian-Chinese dish with us. I am from Mauritius Island. I am a great fan of yours. Could you please do the recipe of Chicken Magic Bowl (Le Bol Renversé Poulet). The Hakka Chinese invented that dish when they came to my country. It is one of the classics served in Mauritian hotels and restaurants. I have faith in you that you will cook it well and let the world discovers this beautiful dish. Since it is Chinese New Year's festivity, it is an opportunity for the world to discover this Sino-Mauritian dish. Thanking you in advance. Cordially, Javed

I just made it and couldn't eat it. I followed the recipe but unlike anything I've made by his recipes it turned out too bitter. It was the batter but idk why, maybe the baking soda didn't mix or it's really not the same as bicarbonate soda
@@shaywood2011 the batter turned out too bitter? bicarbonate and baking soda are the same thing. if you followed the recipe exactly, it should be fine. did you put any vinegar in the batter? that would react with the baking soda and leave behind salt.

Your missing the rice Adam 😋Honey Chicken was one of those takeaways I would always choose when we got Chinese but would almost always regret as it would always be way too sweet and you could eat very little of it before it became sickly.
