    Muslims add garlic and pandits add heing. That is the only difference. Your mehod of cooking is authentic and it reminded me of my mother. Salam mahra

      Oh yes. When I moved to Delhi, I used to cook this recipe with the regular spinach. But nowadays, you can find haakh locally. If not, you can also try this recipe with spinach locally available.
