Indra Kilam is a 67 year old retired Hindi teacher and lives in Delhi with her family and for years now her greatest joy has been spinning out delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kashmiri food using nothing more than the essentials from an Indian 'masala box'. Yes, that's right, most Kashmiri Pandit dishes like Rogan Josh, Mutton Yakhni, Haakh do not need any elaborate ingredients and it's not a complex preparation either.

They buy it from jammu or local kashmiri websites
You can look up Maatamal in Gurgaon or Jain Masale Waale in Jammu.
