She took the money and used her sister, there was never any love between them. Look how she stutter when she claimed she loves her sister to much to steal from her! Meaning she still steals! Stole from her dad then her sister, a real immature woman !

Something definitely happened to that younger sister. Her actions with her older sister. The physical stuff, it's either she has some animosity against her for years or something happened in her childhood that messed her up mentally.
Nah I disagree. This girl has a history of being this way with everyone. Their father tried to warn her, she couldn’t get along with her own mother and other siblings and even the child’s father family didn’t want anything to do with her. She’s just ratchet, ghetto and has no care for others and their property.
@@6Summervillethere’s a reason a child grows up like that. There could have been neglect, bullying, something happened to make this girl act this way, she needs to find some help
I’m not trying to talk bad about the father, but where was he for the other 13 years of the younger sister’s life. You can tell she has been through some things and I hope the father did not neglect that girl when she was in need of help. Not having a father in your younger years, can have a huge negative impact in your life (again only if he wasn’t in her life).
@Fatima Yusuf I honestly believe the dad ain't worth nothing. At least two of his kids have issue. One's a convicted criminal, the other very disrespectful. Also she got put in foster care while under his care which means he definitely wasn't putting in the effort to raise her.
@@tinawalker5335 Yeah I believe they have different mom’s, but it’s so sad because it seems like both parents failed her (but again I’m not sure tho). It makes the situation confusing because if there were two parents, why was she put into foster care, I wonder what was going on with the mom. But regardless of who had custody, I still believe it is best to have both parents in a child’s life. If this is not possible, the father should be immediately present if the mother failed and vice versa, if the father failed, the mother should be immediately present.
Ok my chocolate beautiful sister... But on a sidenote she was arrested for grand larceny and fraudulent credit card use but you’re suing someone for stealing 1000 from you is there’s karma around 🌬
Man I think it’s wonderful that she is charging her own son some rent money to stay with her. It’s not to many mother’s out there that would do that. But that’s teaching him how to be a responsible young man 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Agreed. I almost started clapping when she said that. My dad raised me alone, and once I turned 18 and started working a steady job, he charged me $100 a month as "Rent". Little did I know he was setting that money aside. He was basically a savings account for me, and I didn't even know! He just wanted me to be responsible and teach me to pay a small "bill". It was a nice surprise when he gave me back all that money when I left for the Navy at 23. He obviously did not have to do that.
Not a good idea to charge our kids rent money. They then become a tenant and have all of the rights associated with that. The parent has no say if the kid wants to have overnight guests or parties in their room and if things go south, you can't just kick them out. There are other ways to teach your kid responsibility without gouging them.
Indeed... I required my 3 daughters over 18 a small contribution to the household it taught them the value of being responsible. Cablewifi food water bill heat electricity costs they are all out on their own now and thank me now for doing so, the cost of living is very high especially here in New Jersey a room for rent is 800 - 1000 $ a month all i required 200 each... I know some kids who live at home and eat out uber eats door dash, eye lashes miles long, packages of exp clothing and bundles are being delivered 🤣 and parents allow this foolery nope we opening bank accnts teaching credit importance and contributing to these parts.. after those things are address you can do all that other stuff!!

The plaintiff is such a beautiful lady you can tell she really wanted to help and she seems the type that likes to help out. I hope her sister matures. I hope they can work it out.
There is no love, no connection(bond)there. First of all as a big sister and if you're going to help your smaller sister you have to give a time frame because you guys are not close. Most people when they are helping you think the other person obligated to do whatever they say. Is sad to see family/relatives in court fighting 😢 the best help u could have given your little sister was love and to build a bond between u both.
Wow! I can't figure out if the younger sister is narcissistic , or a habitual liar , or deeply wounded because of her terrible childhood. More needs to be said.
This is a multifaceted situation: thieving little sister who sleeps with nephew's friends, older sister has been to jail for fraud, etc., and a deadbeat dad. Hmmm. No surprise that offspring turn out to be as bad as the parents sometimes.
How dissapointing to see the disregard and advantage the younger sister took, regarding the patience and concern her sister had for her. It sounds like there is definitely some kind of behavior disorder in her! That- and she WASN'T RAISED RIGHT. Or she could be stuck in emotional arrested development, from being forced to survive in a chaotic, loud, and violent household as a child. Dear humans - we NEED to recognize how we set our precious children up for negative self destructive behavior, by choosing to act out in your home environment. WE are their examples in conflict resolution, love, and morality!! Let your home be a place of safety, peace and refuge AWAY from the rest of the harsh and unjust world, that we must fight against every day.

If I had to bet neither the mother or father took proper care of her. I bet she had to struggle to get the basics and that’s why she’s the way she is. She needs her loser parents to admit they are f ups and say sorry.

The younger girl has pretty skin and a beautiful complexion.

Pretty on the outside, not so much on the inside where it counts.

She has a slick answer for everything. That’s usually the sign of a liar.
When she said she can’t buy edges that was over with, she’s obviously immature 😐😐
The big sisters edges were fine like what was she talking about??
I was walking out the room when she said that. I stopped and walked backwards to rewind since I wasn’t sure if that’s what she said and indeed, she talked about edges🤣🤣
Her true colors right there
I hope the defendant gets some help. Who knows what she experienced in foster car or in other areas of her childhood? Childhood drama turns into adult trauma because it tends to go untreated and festers in adulthood. She could be acting out sexually because of sexual abuse as a child. We only got a less than 20 minutes clip into their lives.
The comment at the end killed it for the younger sister. Very immature.
Wow! Everyone forgetting the older sister also has charges of grand theft? Wow. What a family all around.
Ikr she is no better than her sister. They both need help and soul searching.
Right?!
We don't know that
Judge yourself bud before you go posting crap like that, everyone has problems and your 5min look into these peoples life’s is hardly the evidence to criticize them.
It’s hard to believe that the plaintiff did something like her sister said.
I had some estranged siblings & that’s all they are to me 💯🍷💀
At the end the defendant face she’s crazy and two faced.😂💀
These girls are so beautiful 😍
Ik huh
I feel for her cause she has not had proper parent guidance. I believe when we don't bring our kids the right way this is what we parents have to face..
Yes
no, you need a phone when u have a child nowadays... sorry judge! girl what!!!!!!! she needed you and you was about to be homeless..make it make sense sis! she stole that money and left
I was confused about this too. Usually there’s a house phone for people back in the day, even rotary phones or shared phone lines with other neighbors.
So yes, she should at least have a phone for emergencies and dr appts, nurse calls
That girl is a piece of work. God help anyone that takes her into their life.
Not her fault. Clearly she had a rough childhood.
Some people are just crazy! Chemical imbalance drugs or narcissists to the core
This young lady needs psychotherapy ASAP 🙏🏼
She took the money and used her sister, there was never any love between them. Look how she stutter when she claimed she loves her sister to much to steal from her! Meaning she still steals! Stole from her dad then her sister, a real immature woman !
What a wonderful older sister to have 💝. Shame on the younger sister 😡
I honestly don’t like this judge. I binge watch all of the court shows and she is my absolute least favorite. That’s a lie. She’s not my absolute least favorite but she’s bottom five.
yes she has a nasty attitude. seem like she's always getting smart
Right she’s rude for no reason
I agree with you. I didn’t like the way she snapped at the plaintiff when asking her questions or interrupting
Right!
Thank you!! I'm glad someone finally said it!
They do have a mom as well
@@tinawalker5335 Yeah I believe they have different mom’s, but it’s so sad because it seems like both parents failed her (but again I’m not sure tho).
Their father looks like he has a lot of kids....you can tell that he use to be handsome with his grey eyes...
Yes indeed, still is handsome in his older gentleman sort of way☺️.

It's what I do.

Glad I am not the only one who saw this. She definitely appeared hurt at the end
i think both. trauma is usually the reason for shitty people being shitty, or getting spoiled rotten, leads to this entitlement
Narcissists are habitual liars.
This is a multifaceted situation: thieving little sister who sleeps with nephew's friends, older sister has been to jail for fraud, etc., and a deadbeat dad. Hmmm. No surprise that offspring turn out to be as bad as the parents sometimes.
The defendant is so pretty (skin and face 😍), but she’s making bad choices. I believe she took the money.

Thank you! Everybody else blacking on the younger sister and nobody touched on what might be off about the older sister!
Wow in thw courtroom the defendant made it seem like she wasn't as bad as her sister was saying But in the hallway she let her true colors show. Sad and i think she took that 1000
I have a niece just like this girl. She thinks she has the right to whatever you have. She came over the other day to visit my daughter, her cousin.
