Based on Alyssa’s list, I ordered one of the brands mentioned for about $40 for 2. I wore it occasionally just because the warmth and compression felt good for a couple of hours. Fast forward and I was having trouble sleeping. I started wearing the soft sleeve for bed and immediately started sleeping 3-4 hours at a time! Last night was 7 hours. Consider compression for sleep. 🇨🇦
I’m glad it’s helping! Improving sleep can be a game changer. When wearing them at night, make sure to trial during the day for a few days to make sure it’s not impairing circulation.
I have osteoarthritis in my knees..one is much worse than the other. I wear the copper fit sleeve but my pain is still pretty severe. I know I need to strengthen my thighs to help..one problem I have is when I’m walking I tend to want to walk stiff legged because it hurts to bend as I walk. Though I sleep with a small oblong pillow between my knees and they’re bent then. I’m going to try the compression sleeve but can you tell me which of your videos will help me build upper leg strength as quickly as possible? And also do squats cause more knee problems or will they help me? I’m a 72 yr old woman. The orthopedic dr feels a partial replacement is needed soon. I’ve tried the shots but cortisone no longer works as expected and gel injections didn’t work at all. I appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you.
I got neoprene knee brace with velcro straps off ebay for around 5 dollars. Beware of scam braces with similar features being offered at over 60 dollars. I would suggest that ones you can strap on are more convenient to put on or take off that ones which fit over your foot like a sock. Your wrap around bandage idea should be good too.

My personal experience,they feel great and supportive when wearing them, the moment it comes off, the pain seems to catch up in one hit.

I have large puffy knee at top they roll down 👎 n me at top.Help. lol

KT tape can be effective but it doesn't usually cover the whole knee- you could try both and see how you feel
