These hormonal changes are common, when not conceived 2/3 yrs , so yr hv hormonal problem and eggs hv become some weaker. I diagnosed with pcod twice in last 5 years but i never did any treatment, now this time i got heavy period of 30 days so again i went for usg pelvic but this time radiologist didn't mentioned any signs of small folicle or pcos on report. These are not severe , can be mild pcos changes. These secondary mild changes are common after pregnancy and age after 30 yrs , when wt starts to increase. These can be well controlled with walk and low carbs diet. U can see video about this in my channel. 5 pillars of Pcos.

These are hormonal problems, duo to medicines. When u want to conceive , there r ovulation medicines that can help, if u dont develop good follicle. But cysts can develop with hormonal medicines. So u should consult with a good gynecologist for proper medicines.

Ok. Ovaries r normal. Yr next scan should be TVS ultrasound, at 14th day of period. Ask yr dr to mark largest follicle size , and then tell. U can see my todays video about this.

U are young , i hope u will improve. These are not looking advanced cases of pcos. After treatment, what is the largest follicle in scan. Start daily brisk walk , and stop unnecessary stress. Also stop eating all foods containing sugar and fast foods.

Mild fluid is normal. But ovaries are enlarged with small follicles. U must hv proper treatment if u want to conceive, but it is most effective only when u change yr lifestyle, diet , stress and wt.

This not appears to be advanced pco case , what r yr symptoms. this will increase if yr wt increases more. U r young , yr wt should be below 54 kg. Yr gyn dr can give simple medicine like Metformin , but it is better to avoid and control with diet. Like avoid sugar and foods rich in carbs.

I hv seen very little complete recover from pco. Some mild pco changes continues after recovery. But these are not serious. These hormonal medications help u until u are taking them.

Hypo or hyper thyroidism hv directly related to ovarian hormonal problems like pcos. Only way is to properly treat thyroid problems and along with medications, u need proper diet plan and daily brisk walk , and never increase yr wt more than 55kg , other wise yr ovarian problems can get worse. U hv likely to be moderate pcos ovarian changes. Yr ovarian size is within normal limits according to last scan report. This is yr old problem. First of all make yr mind that yr problem may not completely become normal. U may have to live with this problem. Continue yr medications , If u want pregnancy, try to conceive with medications 2 times in a year. Yr husband semen report should be perfectly normal before this. U can also go for IUI. Along with this try 2/3 km brisk walk daily. And maximally reduce sugar , wheat and rice intake , especially in night.
I m not married Doctor gave me only metformin and myoinositol and with that medicine I had regular periods for many months I did not used any hormonal pill that time And some women in my family have same prblm for many years and it cured completely after marriage without any medicine

Yr left ov is normal in volume. First take medicine to resolve Rt Cyst. If it increases more than 6cm , it will become difficult to resolve. When cyst resolves , take a fresh tvs ultrasound at 12 to 14 th day of cycle and then share report again.

These hormonal changes are common, when not conceived 2/3 yrs , so yr hv hormonal problem and eggs hv become some weaker.
Husband sperm motility and morphology should be atleast 60% or more for easy conceiving ,
Husband treatment is another topic,
U should hv repeat husband test after every 6 months, if it drops below 40% , even after treatment, u can go for IVF.

I diagnosed with pcod twice in last 5 years but i never did any treatment, now this time i got heavy period of 30 days so again i went for usg pelvic but this time radiologist didn't mentioned any signs of small folicle or pcos on report. What does this mean ??? How can my untreated pcod cure and then why I'm still having all those same symptoms. I'm confused if my diagnostic is wrong

These are not severe , can be mild pcos changes.
These secondary mild changes are common after pregnancy and age after 30 yrs , when wt starts to increase.
These can be well controlled with walk and low carbs diet.

These are hormonal problems, duo to medicines. When u want to conceive , there r ovulation medicines that can help, if u dont develop good follicle. But cysts can develop with hormonal medicines.

Hypo or hyper thyroidism hv directly related to ovarian hormonal problems like pcos.
Only way is to properly treat thyroid problems and along with medications, u need proper diet plan and daily brisk walk , and never increase yr wt more than 55kg , other wise yr ovarian problems can get worse.
I hv seen lot of females with thyroid problems, living healthy life , marriage and pregnancies.

Do a latest tvs ultrasound report at 12 to 14 th day of periods counting from day 1.
Tell number of follicles in both ovaries and LARGEST FOLLICLE.

U hv likely to be moderate pcos ovarian changes. Yr ovarian size is within normal limits according to last scan report. This is yr old problem.
First of all make yr mind that yr problem may not completely become normal. U may have to live with this problem. Continue yr medications ,
If u want pregnancy, try to conceive with medications 2 times in a year. Yr husband semen report should be perfectly normal before this.
U can also go for IUI.
Along with this try 2/3 km brisk walk daily. And maximally reduce sugar , wheat and rice intake , especially in night.

U hv told that u hv only periods with medications.
Many recover , but some or mild pcos problem may continue , which requires treatment. For best recovery needs , exercise , and diet control also.

First take medicine to resolve Rt Cyst. If it increases more than 6cm , it will become difficult to resolve.
When cyst resolves , take a fresh tvs ultrasound at 12 to 14 th day of cycle and then share report again.

Yr ovaries are normal but uterus is small , this appears congenital. U may need hormonal medication for proper menstruation , normal menstruation is also required for bone health.
