There is e/o- 5.7x3.6mm sized heterogeneously hyperechoic lesions seen in the endometrial region with stalk seen arising from endometrium region with feeding vessel within. Features are most likely s/o endometrial polyp. Midline endometrium measures 6.0 mm. A5.7 x4.8 mm sized posterior wall intramural fibroid is seen. This is what has been mentioned in my report...kindly advise if i can conviece naturally or not ?? Thanks alot for your replies 😀
These small polyps not usually cases problems. However exact location is still not in report. If this is in upper third uterine body endometrial cavity, it sometimes causes problem, because this is site of implantation of G Sac. Yr Dr can remove it with a simple procedure with out any major surgery.

Ovarian sizes are some variable. Also some difference in between different scans , so dont stress about volumes. In pcos time is very important, along with lifestyle changes , u may need medication for ovulation, it has best result for ovulation. Consult some dood gynecologist. Also husband semen report should be good.

Is this TVS ultrasound. Always give yr Dr previous report for comparison. There r good follicles. But size decreases after 14 days. What are 2nd size of follicles. Either these are collapsing follicles , or technical error in measurement.

This is good. Volume is normal. 15mm follicle is little smaller. some medications will help u for mature follicle if u want to conceive

Collapsing mean rapture or some time follicles become irregular before mature. This detail will be in yr scan report.
Raptured follicle is good to conceive, but premature irregular and collapsing follicles ate not good.
