Dr i have stomach pain .diagonsed para overian cyst.both overies shows polysytic appeareance. Right overy meassure-2.8 cm×2.7cm×2.8cm.volume 10cc A cyst with septations measuring 2.4cm seen in right adnexa. Left ovary measure-3.8cm×1.6cm×3.2 cm.volume 10cc No adnexal mass seen.no free fluid in pod.no ascities. Infected right paraoverian cyst Any seriouse condition.

No need for surgery at this stage. U can take medications and follow up after 1 month. Stomach pain is a common issue , directly related to diet and lifestyle. Medications hv good result

According to books there is complete recovery, but i Hv seen that some problems continue after infection , even after 1 to 2 yrs. and these slowly resolve with passage of time. If problem increases there may be another course of treatment , if there is free fluid or pus in scrotum , or if inflammation increases. also there should not be other infections like uti , or sti
@@kashifultrasound no more infection no pus or fluid Just testicule fell bad like its diffrent and some swalowing in the tail of épididyme and scarring and i forget in the béguin it was very swalow and i had hydrocel for 2 days in total 6 days til went to emergency even in this case recovery is posible? Also very bad pain if i masturbate I dont know what to do about this situation Thank you !

U should relax , after infection , and pus , it takes a lot of time to return to normal. Also recurrent infection occurs in many pts. , u should be careful, if any signs of swelling or infection , immediate start treatment. Also u can do urine test from lab. There should not be pus or protein in urine. Less than 8 pus cells are normal. A good healthy diet is importance , with less sugar and carbohydrates Also some exercise daily.

There are variations according to age etc. but in normal adult female +31mm to less than 45mm size is normal.

U hv significant pcos ovarian changes. Needs treatment with good gynecologist + diet control and exercise.

Not completely cured. but can be much improvement to live a healthy life. U will also need to take some medications , also with diet and exercise. consult a good gynecologist.

Age : 27 Height : 5.4 Weight : 59 Unmarried Uterus : Size:8.0x3.8x4.5cm Normal in size, shape and echotexture. Endometrial thickness is normal and measures : 12 mm. Rightovary:3.6 x1.5cm Left ovary:3.7x2.0cm Both ovaries are normal in size, shape. Evidence of multiple premature follicles arranged peripherally with central echogenic stroma noted in both ovaries. Minimal free fluid noted in the pelvis. Impression : Polycysticovarianmorpholgyinbothovaries Got last period on June 5th , 2024 till now. So more than 2+ months late Pls reply sir
Don’t worry. This is most common problem in girls. Not very serious yet. U are unmarried. Yr wt should be below 55 kg. Try daily brisk walk for 30 min. Avoid all sugar related and fast food

This appears miscarriage. Tvs gives a good view. Abdominal scan sometimes misses small fetal pole

@Netra16 empty G sac means there is high risk of miscarriage, and pregnancy is not growing and G sac sometimes shrinks if no growth.
Don’t worry. If there is not growth, there is no need to continue pregnancy.

This is weak , there is high risk. But u should hv to wait for at least 10 days.

@waheedreshma7029 there are multiple causes. Yr problem may not be so severe , and yr medication can be higher. Don’t worry. These are common in ovulation treatments.
