I use letrazole tablets from the third day of periods then i scan at the twelve days of periods.. My scan show multiple follicles size on right ovary follicles size 12mm 12mm and left ovary scan show 16.2 mm 14.8 mm...where as my endometrium thickness is 11.2 mm....and twelve days of periods Dr give me the injection of ferti m 150 mg there are any chances of getting pregnant????
This is little smaller , 19mm is good size. But there are chances to conceive.

Although value is low , but it is good follicle u develop , endometrium thickness is also good.

Yes. But this is becoming large , if not raptured , it can become a small fluid filled cyst.

Don't know but i feel very bad cramps pain in whole lower abdomen atleast for 8 hours now no pain @@kashifultrasound

Duo to hormonal problems or sometimes in medicine induced ovulation, the Endometrium remains thin , this have less chances to conceive
Sir progesterone tablets can help to thick E.T

I believe estrogen is used to thicken the endometrium before ovulation (trigger) progesterone used at this early stage can interfere with or prevent ovulation.
My result is ovulatory cycle ...then can I intercourse after ovulatory cycle ?
There are about 4 to 5 days for best chance to conceive after rapture of follicle.
