This is not as simple as seen in many videos. Probe position varies in different patient according to pt anatomy variations , sometimes complete different position in next pt , When Dr starts sonography in his career , he learns different ways to visualize organs , and this occurs with passage of time and struggle.
This is not fixed position , lot of variations. Only 1 point , continue try to visualize, after 100 pts , u will never think about probe position, and brain , eyes , and hands will be well coordinated.
i have one follicle on day 12 of my cycle and it measure 2.69 cm is it large follicle? then on day 17 i used ovulation test and the test line turn into pink not a dark one like the contol test,is it possible that im already ovulating as easrly?

Many times these elongated follicles are atretic follicles and don’t release egg. They rapture and vanishes. But still possibility , either egg released or not , GOD knows. We hv to try and try until success.

@waheedreshma7029 there are multiple causes. Yr problem may not be so severe , and yr medication can be higher. Don’t worry. These are common in ovulation treatments.

Rt one is smaller and left one 60mm inva cyst
If this is cyst written in report , u should start treatment, to resolve it ,
Otherwise if it becomes more bigger, it can cause problems

Pcos is very common. Future plan includes treatment from good gynecologist, but this is more effective only when u change yr life style.
Also if u are married try to conceive, because pregnancy controls and decreases pcos.
