PCOS is one of the most common issues to women these days and when women with PCOS decide to conceive it becomes a bigger issue because it’s very difficult to understand the fertility and ovulation time so I know how frustrating it can be .
This story of mine is absolutely personal and very close to my heart and I’m sharing it just to put out some positivity to all the women with PCOS .

When we go for an outing or picnic we are generally stress free and happy .. Which brings hormones in balance ... Eating habits + Stress both are obstacles in pcos.

I too conceived with pcod without treatment and you know what just after 3 days of knowing I had pcod my pregnancy got confirmed I had no idea if I had pcod

I have left ovarian cyst 4.5*3.6 cm and a well defined thick walled lesion 3.6*2.9.2.0 cm in left ovary . Mild fluid seen in PID. And my right ovary is also bulky 3.6*2.5 cm .. last time abortion hua tb ek cyst thi left m and now ab itni sari pblms ... Mujhe conceive krna h plz help.. ek abortion ho Gaya last august m. Shadi se pehle periods Shi se hote the .shadi k baad bs ek Baar period late hua .

Thanks for making the video. I am a 4th-year student but I am having this pcod issue since the very beginning. I am so devastated by it. I have a normal lifestyle. Knowing that I have pcod, I have been taking homeopathic and also allopathic meds for a long time. Years honestly. Also used to exercise regularly and avoid junk. But this issue has never been under control. Whenever I used to stop the homeopathic meds my periods would eventually stop. All the doctors I've visited would just tell me to reduce my weight (I am 50kgs and 5'1'', and I've not gone below it ever. I think it is my healthy body weight. I'm trying still.) Nothing happens still. Each day my mood swings get severe. I am honestly too depressed without any apparent reason. And obviously, I have a fear of infertility. No idea how to get it right.
I’m so sorry to hear this . Don’t worry about fertility now, your mental peace is what you should worry about , stress aggravate the problem so try to calm and meditate or do yoga .
You probably have lean pcos...try relaxation techniques...eat well balanced diet

Thank you for making this video..i am facing the same issue..this is the first cycle with doctor and on 26th day of my cycle the folicle still the size is 14.5mm and not increasing even after taking multiple stimulation injections..she has asked me now to reduce my weight...and come after 3 months..5.1 is my height and 75kg is my weight...she said because of overweight medicine are not able to increase my follicle...felt really sad but after seeing ur video i am still keeping the hope that something can happen...i hope God gives me 1 baby soon..and really happy for you because i know this is really tiering process...Congratulations 🤗

Hi Sushma, I guess I checked back in just 3-4 mins after throwing it in the dustbin.
I have also been diagnosed with early PCOD right after the second month of my marriage. It was fine in the first month and i got regular periods. When i missed my periods i thought it could be a sign of pregnancy but when i went to a Doctor she ran some tests and there i was diagnosed with PCOD. Then i took contraceptive pills for 2 months back and after that i got regular period this month. Also i have gained weight due to sedentary lifestyle and i’m taking a walk daily for about 30 minutes. Could this be a sign of hormonal balance? I’m trying to desperately conceive asap. Please share some details.

Hi there .. such an positive vibes ... I m also an pcod patient ... I don't get my periods on regular basis ... I took loads of treatment and at last I decided to take treatment from the doctor who was mine sister's one ... After 4 months I m going to get married and the sad part is for only 2 months my husband will stay with me .. I m seriously having loads of stress about infertility ... Hello Nandhini , I have tried spearmint tea , the research says that it reduces androgen content in the body and hence the hair growth , but I wasn’t very consistent with drinking the tea , perhaps it will work if you drink twice a day . Do try and let me know :)

Try bow pose, butterfly pose and child pose. These 3 poses are very effective. Also keep yourself active try to walk atleat for 30 mins apart from yoga.
