I just want to write my experience in this comments sections, I was having irregular periods when Iwas 14 or 15 it continued for long time but doctors said that's fine and before wedding when I went to a Dr they told me to get marry soon, how ever by God's grace I got pregnant with out using a single tablet so ppl with pcos like me dnt worry abt ur pregnancy some times it may happen very natural also so be happy and relaxed that's the best way of treating the pcos

Girls are not here to get married and have kids, they are capable of much more.
Very well said. I keep telling this to myself and many others. I have 4 months old daughter and everyone started about her marriage already, how she looks, teach her this that, make her fair, adapilla kada all blah blah.
I said yes I will teach her everything but looks wise I will make her look confident and independent that's what her beauty is. To stand on her own legs.

@@sahajamadhuri to add one more thing. For a girl marriage and kids are important and beautiful part of life, but not the ultimate goal.
I wish my mom would have told this to me, although she supported me about my education and career. And I want every young girl and every mom teach their daughters this. As we see this generation has a different perception (negative) of marriage and kids.
      Btw thanks 😊😘.

There r couple of things that I would like to correct here -
    1. HIIT for PCOS - this is definitely going to backfire PCOS for a reason. HIIT raises cortisol levels which is known to be a fat storage hormone. Due to insulin levels, it's true that fat is heavily stored in abdomen for pcos women. If someone does more than 20min HIIT, the cortisol levels are going to rise which will halt the fat burn process.
    2. Low carb - it isn't even a thing. The high protein, low carb is most widely used and known category, but pls read the science and physiology behind these diets or pattern of eating. When fat or carb enters the body, it's the fat that is going to reach the cells n organs compared to carbs. Carbs when eaten properly especially from whole and complex sources does immense good to hormonal issues. I m not saying eat all the oil from gravy in chicken curry and leave rice .but rather saying chosing right kind of fat and carbs is important.
Above all, one needs to know the type of pcos they have to get a correct line of treatment. Some may be insulin resistant, some may have adrenal PCOS... But overall a good positive video for people who r suffering from same.

Hello Madhu! I am a mother of 2 year old son and now expecting another baby. My first pregnancy and post-pregnancy was literally a struggle as a working Mom, with little-to-no help, in US and the post-partum depression. It was altogether a nightmare. Couple of months back I saw your videos, started following you on youtube, Insta just because you sound so genuine. That's it, no other reason, I am not much into decor, travel or anything in particular, just the way you speak, was worth my "me-time. But after watching this video, I believe that you are one of those who motivate others to lead a healthier life-style, give them information, much needed hope from your experiences. Kudos to what you are doing. I see a good friend in you, though I might never meet you, ever! Loads of love to you, Stay blessed!

Thank you for your comment. I did not focus on the correct form of exercises in this video as I am not a trainer. I did mention the same in my fitness videos. Coming to Non Veg, multiple times I made a point to mention fish chicken eggs can be taken and never promoted vegetarian diet. I had to say that line in this video because stopping non veg should not cause PCOS and I don't want people to look at it that way. To me stopping non veg is good for different reasons and I speak what I believe in regardless of me following it 100%.

Hi, Sahaja, PCOS is a common problem in 30 % of women today, medical treatment is needed unlike you said, in many of them it doesn't get cured easily and needs vigorous treatments to conceive and also have a healthy body.Oka ovary balekapothy okaside acne ravadam i dont agree, the bloodstream is everywhere, as one side of the body is not controlled separately in humans. Very detailed explanation. shared with friends...

    Hi Akka!!
It was a very informative video. I would like to share my PCOS story. I had irregular periods and had my period for 15 days with heavy bleeding....this eventually led to low haemoglobin levels..It was then I was diagnosed with this condition during my 2nd yr of engineering. ..it's almost 5 1/2 yrs now. At first it was very difficult for me to digest the fact that I have this condition. It was my family who mentally prepared me to deal with this. I started to change my lifestyle by consuming healthy food...which means no to sugar...no to processed food....no to maida. My diet included of nuts like almonds, walnuts. I used to have a date once in a while to increase my haemoglobin level. Lots of greens, veggies and seasonal fruits.... especially pomegranate. I used to consume mango, chickoo, banana and custard apple in limited quantities as my HBA1C levels were a little high. I used to walk for an hour everyday.I ensured I had some amount of physical activity even while I was working in an MNC at Bangalore. I focused on quality of sleep rather than quantity....Ensured that I was occupied both physically and mentally.
    Hurray part...
It was after being married for 4 months I had my pelvic scan and other blood tests done. To my surprise there were no cysts around my ovaries and everything was back to normal. My PCOS condition was under control...but doctor said since u have an history it is always good to follow what u have been doing the past few years.
All thanks and ever grateful to my doctor Dr.Sandhya Rani of Apollo Cradle who guided me and my family for their immense support.
I am happily married for a year now....due to hormonal changes after marriage or stress levels or I have no clue ...my body is signalling me that something is wrong u need to start taking care of yourself.....meeru cheppinatte cheppesa🙊😅.....I am again dealing with irregular periods....I have already started working on correcting my menstrual cycle as we are planning for our bundle of joy...
Hoping that everything goes well.. Looking forward to share the good news with you.
Lots of love to u and your family...pillalni aythe🥰🥰😍😍❤️
