I just want to write my experience in this comments sections, I was having irregular periods when Iwas 14 or 15 it continued for long time but doctors said that's fine and before wedding when I went to a Dr they told me to get marry soon, how ever by God's grace I got pregnant with out using a single tablet so ppl with pcos like me dnt worry abt ur pregnancy some times it may happen very natural also so be happy and relaxed that's the best way of treating the pcos
Girls are not here to get married and have kids, they are capable of much more.
Very well said. I keep telling this to myself and many others. I have 4 months old daughter and everyone started about her marriage already, how she looks, teach her this that, make her fair, adapilla kada all blah blah.
I said yes I will teach her everything but looks wise I will make her look confident and independent that's what her beauty is. To stand on her own legs.
awesome reply! You go girl.
@@sahajamadhuri to add one more thing. For a girl marriage and kids are important and beautiful part of life, but not the ultimate goal.
I wish my mom would have told this to me, although she supported me about my education and career. And I want every young girl and every mom teach their daughters this. As we see this generation has a different perception (negative) of marriage and kids.
Btw thanks 😊😘.
I have PCOS and I remember how I felt when the doctor told me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies. God blessed me!
Really god bless 🙏 you sister i am waiting for that because i am suffering 😭 from pcod

..may be it is the reason of late implantaion because pcos patients are ovulated late...what u say about it plzz tell me i am worried about my baby...even there is no gastational sac..doctor said me to come again after 10 days...also doctor said that your uterus is showing some signs that there exist preg...but there is nothing at that time in uterus...plzz help me ...after how much time i can see my baby in the uterus with heart beat😢

Really motivating iam going to start these 6 steps aka thanqq sooo much for this information

There r couple of things that I would like to correct here -
1. HIIT for PCOS - this is definitely going to backfire PCOS for a reason. HIIT raises cortisol levels which is known to be a fat storage hormone. Due to insulin levels, it's true that fat is heavily stored in abdomen for pcos women. If someone does more than 20min HIIT, the cortisol levels are going to rise which will halt the fat burn process.
2. Low carb - it isn't even a thing. The high protein, low carb is most widely used and known category, but pls read the science and physiology behind these diets or pattern of eating. When fat or carb enters the body, it's the fat that is going to reach the cells n organs compared to carbs. Carbs when eaten properly especially from whole and complex sources does immense good to hormonal issues. I m not saying eat all the oil from gravy in chicken curry and leave rice .but rather saying chosing right kind of fat and carbs is important.
Above all, one needs to know the type of pcos they have to get a correct line of treatment. Some may be insulin resistant, some may have adrenal PCOS... But overall a good positive video for people who r suffering from same.
Positive words, positive attitude , positive thinking keeps ous healthy and happy, what I think.

Hello Madhu! I am a mother of 2 year old son and now expecting another baby. My first pregnancy and post-pregnancy was literally a struggle as a working Mom, with little-to-no help, in US and the post-partum depression. It was altogether a nightmare. Couple of months back I saw your videos, started following you on youtube, Insta just because you sound so genuine. That's it, no other reason, I am not much into decor, travel or anything in particular, just the way you speak, was worth my "me-time. But after watching this video, I believe that you are one of those who motivate others to lead a healthier life-style, give them information, much needed hope from your experiences. Kudos to what you are doing. I see a good friend in you, though I might never meet you, ever! Loads of love to you, Stay blessed!
Thank you so much Prathyu for such a sweet message! Happy to hear!

Am suffering with this problem. plzz tell me Pcos and pcod are both same or different? im confused.
Can someone translate what she said because i couldnt understand
No one thing you went wrong sister. A girl must have a goal to get a healthy kids by adopting a healthy lifestyle.
If every girl have menstrual problem then generation stops reproducing.
Its not a small thing.
Every girls should have balanced hormone system.
Only one medicine for pcos is eat 1 pomogranate a day. Both wife and husband.

Nice video...but one thing.. you might have given up non veg based on your personal reasons but non veg maneyadam manchidi ani influence cheyakarledu.. if its taken in a proper way rather than deep fries and adding masalas, it has lots of nutrients which helps to maintain good health.
appreciate your efforts on doing workouts but i feel the way your doing squats and other exercises must be in more proper way so it will give you better results. Thanks
Thank you for your comment. I did not focus on the correct form of exercises in this video as I am not a trainer. I did mention the same in my fitness videos. Coming to Non Veg, multiple times I made a point to mention fish chicken eggs can be taken and never promoted vegetarian diet. I had to say that line in this video because stopping non veg should not cause PCOS and I don't want people to look at it that way. To me stopping non veg is good for different reasons and I speak what I believe in regardless of me following it 100%.
@@sahajamadhuri thanks for your reply.. you must definitely have a trainer atleast initially who can guide you to get the results out of it and also to get rid of side effects from improper forms🙂

Hi, Sahaja, PCOS is a common problem in 30 % of women today, medical treatment is needed unlike you said, in many of them it doesn't get cured easily and needs vigorous treatments to conceive and also have a healthy body.Oka ovary balekapothy okaside acne ravadam i dont agree, the bloodstream is everywhere, as one side of the body is not controlled separately in humans. Very detailed explanation. shared with friends...
i started watching your videos only recently only,,,one or two videos i watched....your voice was very reaching,,very good, and warming .v.nice.

Hi Akka!!
It was a very informative video. I would like to share my PCOS story. I had irregular periods and had my period for 15 days with heavy bleeding....this eventually led to low haemoglobin levels..It was then I was diagnosed with this condition during my 2nd yr of engineering. ..it's almost 5 1/2 yrs now. At first it was very difficult for me to digest the fact that I have this condition. It was my family who mentally prepared me to deal with this. I started to change my lifestyle by consuming healthy food...which means no to sugar...no to processed food....no to maida. My diet included of nuts like almonds, walnuts. I used to have a date once in a while to increase my haemoglobin level. Lots of greens, veggies and seasonal fruits.... especially pomegranate. I used to consume mango, chickoo, banana and custard apple in limited quantities as my HBA1C levels were a little high. I used to walk for an hour everyday.I ensured I had some amount of physical activity even while I was working in an MNC at Bangalore. I focused on quality of sleep rather than quantity....Ensured that I was occupied both physically and mentally.
Hurray part...
It was after being married for 4 months I had my pelvic scan and other blood tests done. To my surprise there were no cysts around my ovaries and everything was back to normal. My PCOS condition was under control...but doctor said since u have an history it is always good to follow what u have been doing the past few years.
All thanks and ever grateful to my doctor Dr.Sandhya Rani of Apollo Cradle who guided me and my family for their immense support.
I am happily married for a year now....due to hormonal changes after marriage or stress levels or I have no clue ...my body is signalling me that something is wrong u need to start taking care of yourself.....meeru cheppinatte cheppesa🙊😅.....I am again dealing with irregular periods....I have already started working on correcting my menstrual cycle as we are planning for our bundle of joy...
Hoping that everything goes well.. Looking forward to share the good news with you.
Lots of love to u and your family...pillalni aythe🥰🥰😍😍❤️
So happy to hear your story dear!!! Thank you for sharing. Take care of yourself and seek help if needed! All the best.
