I haven’t had actual store bought self rising flour in ages. It’s too easy to make it from scratch using all purpose flour. I keep a post it in the flour cabinet with the conversion measurements in case hubby or our daughters need it if I’m not home.

THANK YOU! My kitten overturned my canister and I lost all of my flour. Which i love for ease, and when I looked it up at my usual stores, they were GONE! None! only one store had it and it was 7 dollars! No way! I used to make my own, but I couldn't recall the ratio amounts of bp and salt! Thank you thank you thank you.
