Made this tonight for dinner for myself and my husband. Wow! Absolutely delicious and beautiful! I doubled the sauce and used jumbo & large shrimp and spaghetti noodles as well as all your vegetables and some Napa cabbage. It was the BEST lo mein that I have ever eaten ANYWHERE! This will be one of our favorite go to meals from now on. Thank you so much and YES, I did take a trademark money shot of my bowl of LoMein before I dug in!

I made this today and it turned out GREAT! I have two picky eaters, my daughter and husband who hate change in food. He went back for second and my daughter went back for the 4th time I had to tell her enough. Definitely a must to the food prep meals. Thank you so much!
