    I’m 16, I love doing exercise, but is there a specific ability you can learn to make you faster in maximum velocity, like for agility there’s plyometric exercises.

    During the whole video I was wondering why cant they dress like normal human beings for a training. For real one of them is wearing a Gucci cap for an indoor sweaty training and i havent even said anything about the dude with the skii glasses.
