For personal use thought I'd share: Right and left leg forward hops Heidi skips for height Heidi skips for distance A skip A skip with leg extension Straight leg floor push Knee drives w/ aggressive floor push Knee drives but for height Half kneeling to forward sprint Half kneeling to side sprint Watch the video because the names I gave these drills will confuse everything out of you if you don't
My sons strength and conditioning camp was cancelled this summer. This is exactly what we need for training. Both my boys refuse to go back out of shape. Go Lake Travis!!!!!!
