    side to side hops rapid fire and single legs 8 seconds
    forward and back line hop
    laterial power shuffle
    laterial shuffle: feet sholder length apart and drop hips
    quick carioces: shoulders and hips and toes are foward
    cross over run: 5 yard and look back
    5 by 5 laterial shuffle: 4:00
    laterial shuffle to sprints
    laterial shuffle then sprit to oppsite direction: 5:30
    6:00
    side to side hops switch
    side to side hop single leg
    big to small hops

    Lateral movements are necessary for football success..very efficient and effective to translate directly to the field

    Love the videos.
    Do you ever use a prowler? If so when and what for?
    Also it would be great to see any form of conditioning you do with your athletes.

    Hi OTA, What kind of shoes do you have your athletes wear when doing plyos and cardio? Cross trainers? B-ball shoes? Runners? Or something else?

      Great question so because of my turf I try to avoid a lot of the newer shoes which have the elevated platform soles on them. I try to get them to a look for more turf shoes that they can cut in without compromising the ankle. Most of the shoes these days are trash and built for aesthetics not function

      @@overtimeathletes Very true. Are there any new shoes you would recommend? Finding older shoes in certain sizes is quite challenging.

    Do you think you could show DB drills? I play soccer, but my position is very similar to a DB. It would be awsome if you could show some footwork or body positioning

      ota is mainly for basic mechanicals to be better athletically, pick 6 athletics workouts gonna specify a position, put both tgt in a workout and you gon be straight

      We hit lat change of direction 1x per week in the beginning of the offseason
