Chris I want to thank you for these videos. This year has been rough with Covid shutdowns and sports coming to a halt here in Chicago. I have both my sons 11 & 15 doing your workouts including myself. Truly a bonding experience and great workouts. My 15 year old does Basketball, Football and Track and my youngest Basketball. Truly seeing the difference and definitely helping them stay ready for the start of a season.

Why do you let your athletes always do quarter Squats and never regular ones?
Because they never reach full squat during their specific sport so they don't need to be strong lower than parallel. You can quarter squat a lot more than atg squat so you get more stimulus in the top portion of movement.
@@pawejaworski8462 but if you do that all the time you will get muscular imbalances and deep squat also trains muscles which are important for preventing injuries
@@k4s461 I know, yep. But we dont have full routine, its just one workout, other days they may squat in full rom. And reverse lunges also train muscles that prevent injuries. One heavy, specific exercise (quarter squat), one full rom auxiliary (lunges) and they will be fine

ONLY THEN, will you will be saved)! And do not wait because you do not know when you will die (sit and think deeply about that. You have NO CLUE when you will die! Today could be your last day, tonight could be your last night. You can die in your sleep or even in the next hour!) Im saying all this because I want you to realize how urgent and important it is to have Jesus! If you have Jesus, you will NEVER have to worry! You won’t have to worry about school, family problems, life, or EVEN DEATH because you will have the LORD your GOD, RIGHT BY YOUR SIDE, EVERY SINGLE DAY, EVERY SINGLE HOUR, EVER SINGLE MINUTE and EVERY SINGLE SECOND of your life! GOD can help you through ANY challenge, through ANY hardship, and through ANY depressing time in your life! GOD WILL NEVER leave you, GOD WILL NEVER forget about you, GOD WILL NEVER betray you, GOD WILL NEVER forsake you, and GOD WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!!! And that is why GOD is calling you RIGHT NOW to be saved!!!
