All of the turf and core work makes them better athletes in general, they're not specific to football. The turf work is just greater force output over shorter periods of time (so becoming "faster")... so the movements can be applied to soccer training too

@@maksimparchimovic8958 I wasn't mad, you just perceived it that way. I'm telling you there's no training special to soccer. There's no training special to any sport. You're training to improve athletic capabilities for a given sport. You're aiming to improve an athletic profile. If you want to become more skilled and better at the sport of soccer, you play soccer. If you want to be a more physically dominant soccer player you'd train power and speed, which are universal training mechanisms, not specific to any one sport.
I once heard (don't quote me) that, in terms of sprinting, the faster the arms move the faster the legs will move. So if you're able to pump your arms faster you will automatically run faster. I THINK🙏🏿
Simplest principle I can think of is if youre body isn't in sync with the speed, you're only as fast as the slowest mover. Gotta get the a pump speed and power up to match the legs. Legs is more technical obviously.

What do the bench Press and face pulls help with in terms of sprinting?
