      You said it bro. Warm up almost takes as much time as actual workout these days.

      I'm trying to get down to 7% body fat from 12% too and it takes more warm ups to get me warm because I always feel cold.

    Is there a difference between how you train on accel days and top speed days? Do you do a different set of plyos?

    I have the OTA youth program. Is this a good dynamic warm up for youth level speed/power workouts? Wasn’t sure if this would be considered too technical for a 9 year old or 13 year old.
