Question is why was that running through your mind instead of the workout? If you watched enough of Chris he's had all races in his videos. More importantly Chris can do all these workouts as well without putting the cones closer and making the box shorter
When performing jumps in this fashion you want the athletes to be fully recovered between sets. They’re not training for cardio or hypertrophy. Jumping is primarily neurological so standing in a small line isn’t relevant whatsoever
@@siggietyrone3965 it takes one person to spread it, we all in quarantine, can't even get out of house unless due to work and medical issues and even there we have to keep distance and other precautions and these guys there training at not even a arm of distance between each other and no precautions at all.. instead of telling me to calm down make sure to respect all the people who are suffering and struggling just to survive and getting better and also all those people working their ass to cure thousands of people everyday and can't even cure everyone because hospitals are full and have to decide who's going to die and not with tears in their eyes. Make sure to contribute as well and if somebody like these guys don't is your duty to remind them these things. Is no fuckin joke.
