- Here is a video of my HHO generator and torch. The power supply, cell, reservoir, bubbler, and torch with fuel bubbler are shown. Also some examples of brazing, glass, and rock melting using the torch.

One of the best HHO/torch vid out there. Most people just show for 10 hours how they connect the plates with bolts and nuts instead of explaining the system.

Im gonna guess either ole billy blew something up that was attached to billies body or he got a girlfriend. Or he is having health issues.. or he just gave up on the you tube completely and moved on to bigger and better things in his life.. hope you didnt have an hho leak and went boom in the night... :)

The dart of the flame is too close to the screws, the optimum temperature is spread to some more distant centimeter.🙂

That’s so cool. I’d love to build my own setup someday. I’ve started one but don’t see any reason to finish it until I get stainless steel plates and the plumbing fittings. Both of which cost money.

hope you are doing ok.
I think when you’re making mixed HHO gas, you could save yourself a hassle with rectifier. You simply don’t need it. Just plug secondary winding to your cell’s terminals, the effect will be the same, you will eliminate some losses, too.

Try making a hybrid system by adding the BEHEMOTH wet cell reactor.

Hmm, only one main question... When you turn off the torch, isn't that going to build pressure and leak hho or pop the bubbler bung out? I would have thought turning it off just at the electrical supply would have been safer. Correct me if I am wrong!

Smart to use full wave. I had one that was a center tap transformer ( the cheap bastards did not want to buy the diodes, so it was half wave)
What temperature is that flame at?
Correct me if I am mistaken, but is this brazing technique correct? I was under the assumption you heated your part, fluxed your parts while heating and then applied material to the part once it is hot with no direct heat. Bill is applying heat to the rod and the part at the same time then flowing the material with the torch. Does this result in a poor bond? It seems reasonable but not totally sure
You're confusing soldering with brazing. You defined soldering technique. you HAVE to keep applying the torch or it simply wont work.

Bottle jack was just used as a support. Firebricks were in the other shop

For those that have never tried it before, be careful heating rocks. They can sometimes explode with surprising violence.

yes that is a very good point be careful putting them in the microwave ovens and also heating them up outside using either propane or heating elements or even write on the hot fire flames because they can explode from hidden cavities of moisture inside the rock cavities.
