Yea, these Chinese restaurants use beef gravy for the sauce. In every Chinese restaurant I've been too. I prefer the sauce you prepared. The sauce is easy to make. Thank you , I can now do my egg foo young at home

I always put mine into the gravy once they are cooked. The first time I had these at a resturant that's the way they did and served it over rice. So tummy. Chopped mushrooms are good in them also.

Your recipes look delicious. I’ve never seen it made with flour in the egg, only a corn flour slurry. I’d love to see a recipe for Tomato Beef Chow Mein with curry. I can’t find any recipes for it and it’s one of my husbands favorite Chinese take aways. We also love Spicy Wonton when they put the red chili oil over the soft Wontons. Do you make dry garlic pork ribs, the small ones with the bone in, I haven't had them for years and they are one of my favorite's, nowadays they only serve chunks of fatty pork bits. New subscriber love your cooking dear.🇨🇦👍🙏
If you want to incorporate bean sprouts into this recipe, I would blanch it with boil water in a minute first. Strain out the water from the beans sprouts and let it cool and then you can incorporate into the egg foo young mixture

Those are fine as long as the oil allows for high temperature cooking. The avocado oil that I use at home allows up to 500 degrees. Thanks for watching!
