Thank you. I changed the chain on mine today and found this video. I wanted to watch someone do it first so I didn't do anything stupid. Thank you again.
The directions the new chain comes with tells you the correct way to install the new chain. I forgot to mention how to know what size your saw is. Measure the distance from the cover to the tip of the bar .
Mine worked till it locked up and split the tip of the guide bar... the new replacements have a gear at the end to ease the tio of the guide bar... this was helpful.
Nice video. I just recently received one of these type of chainsaws myself and your video helped out tremendously!. Thank you very much for making this video
I have the same brand saw and desperately needed to see you seat the bar and actually tighten the chain; Im so bummed. I cant seem to put mine back together.
Same here. I need to see how all this fits back together because I don't seem to have enough hands. I was hoping to see this done, probably the most important part of the process.
@@gravelyman no worries, your video actually showed me. You simply pushed it back in. Mine was rusted, so it didn’t want to move. Was able to clean it up and restore movement, but it never pumped oil. Must have an obstruction somewhere. Thanks for the video and reply!
