    Kate this is one of my new favorite flows. I loved that one legged forward fold to wild thing/camel. I feel amazing right now. Thank you for sharing!

    Another really great class! I particularly liked:
    1) The fact you do it all in one take, with no editing. Maybe you edit, but it must occur when I'm already in a pose and thus can't see the screen;
    2) The trees in the background always provide a wonderful and calming drishti;
    3) You have such a calming voice and give great cues.

      That's one of my FAVORITE transitions - doesn't it feel like a blooming flower or just peeling yourself open in the best way? You always like the expansive classes - we're the same in that regard!
