Started here today (love outdoors) did 20 min core (balancing toes😮) and finished with 10 min seated stretch. Can’t thank you enough for how good I feel !!! Your the best yogi 🙏❤️

Absolutely! For now I'll let you know I'm mostly vegan and an intuitive eater (I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm satiated) but I'm trying to work on eating more consistently.
Mam While following the lizard pose in the video, I somewhat got my hip muscle stretched near the spine tail area. Pls can u guide something to overcome the pinching and pain in that area??
