Hey one of your Students Here 😇. I started going to the Gym. For the First 30-40 days I will do full Body workouts 3-5 Times a Week to First Form the habit. This Here Helps a looooot because I get so tight in the Neck shoulder chest upper Back. And after doing Leg exercises even my hips are f'd Up. Im digging through old classes. You Know I do 2-3 classes a Day from you, as you are my fav teacher. Rn im searching for a Morning Routine where I Cover Up These Problem zones before I Go the Gym. And as second class Something for my hips. And at the end of the Day Something to unwind and get flexible again. Gym is making my Body so tight even tho I dont use many weights and Im doing everything as Clean as I can. So now your teachings are more important than ever for me. i wanted to thank you again!
This is the first time I’ve moved the strap in a circular fashion behind my back and it was an interesting experience, opened up the front of my shoulders more and my back felt release too. Thank you.
Awesome class! This class has really opened up my chest and shoulders, which use to be so tight. Now that my upper body is loosening up, my swimming technique has really improved. I thought I should mention that just in case any other people, reading these posts, are trying to get faster at swimming. Chris from the Pacific Northwest
