Thank u for this routine. I needed this kind of body stretch and exercise.. and during the first days, i woke up with sore legs, neck and stomach, but i liked how it made me feel every time i do it in the morning. Reduces my stress and head aches 🤣

I have not finished watching the video but I'm watching this because I want to take pictures of the poses because I would like to have a picture graph on the days where I need to have complete silence with my workout.

I have a lot of old injuries from playing soccer through college, and your Pilates routines have already left me feeling stronger and more flexible without causing pain in my joints.

I absolutely love this, you have a real nice pacing and flow to your Pilates videos! It would be great if you did some extended Pilates videos like half an hour or even 1hr as I’m always left wanting more :)
I love starting my days with this pilates routine and your playful sense of humour. I love the slow, gentle, mindful focus of this routine because it's still challenging enough for a beginner-intermediate but not too fast for a beginner. I also really enjoyed the music on this one, but it was a little bit loud.

With other Pilates instructors on here I have been frustrated & given up until I thought heck just try this one it’s only 15 mins. And I was really impressed. I’ve done Physio clinical lessons on the reformers and I know to really learn pilates properly the teacher needs to guide precisely/clearly to educate the intricacies. So thank you for that. I've just started thinking about doing some pilates again having previously been quite fit and flexible, I've gained quite a bit of weight and recently fell off my horse (have a hip flexor injury) so your super chilled 20 minutes is a great way to ease me back in! thank you xxxx

Wow for physical education in online classes, we have to pick a home workout to do from a list that they give us and because its only first period, i wasnt really feeling anything too intense, aswell as the fact that i have 2 pe lessons and so will need to do another workout later so i chose this one and i loved it! It wasnt too hard but i can still feel the burn and now im really calm to start my other scholwork. Thank you! and im sure i will be doing this session again
