  • INGREDIENT :
    for the sauce:
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    1 medium size lime juice
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tsp hot chilli sauce
    1 tbsp honey
    for noodles stir-fry:
    1 tbsp oil
    1 medium onion
    4-5 clove garlic
    1/2 cup carrot
    1/2 cup capsium
    1 cup cabbage
    1/4 cup broccoli
    prepared sauce
    cooked noodles 1 packet
    salt to taste
    peanut (as needed)
    lime juice (as needed)

    Made this today with some added sweet chili sauce and homegrown chili. Great way to use some leftover veggies

      Just stir fry the veggies and cook until noodles and sauce combine ,do not need to cook further

    Is there a difference between pad thai and rice stick noodles? And can I use rice stick noodles instead?

      both noodles are little different from each other but still you can use rice stick noodles .

      You can skip the sesame oil and use toasted sesame powder instead

    This is not Pad Thai...there is no tofu, tamarind, lime or Vegan fish sauce
