    As you continue to make it you will notice that you like it bit less sweet or a bit more spicy, so continue to alter those tastes and have a fun time cooking the Vegetarian Pad Thai in your kitchen.

    Sorry to say..: this is not at all pad Thai … and coriander at end ?? Just the kam chalao version ….. I have eaten vegan pad Thai and it has umami flavor and almost taste same as non-veg pad Thai except the meat portion.. but this is not at all pad thai except tamarind pulp is also used in original pad Thai and no umami ingredients … authentic dishes are well known because of its taste and Thai foods are worldwide popular.. please don’t make something else and say it’s a pad Thai.. you can give any other name .. or maybe give a disclaimer that you have modified the recipe according to the Indian taste ….

    • @shinjineesen400
      @shinjineesen400 4 года назад +1

      I made a version of pad Thai with Hakka noodles, the one used in chow mein. The problem is that these noodles rapidly soak up the sauce and get soggy. So, if you are making this, make it a small portion at a time. It doesn't keep well, not more than a few minutes. Meaning that it is still edible, still aromatic but very very soggy.
      I also used eggplants and red bell pepper, not bok choy, scallions, and cabbage.
