Can I substitute coconut flour for almond flour?

      Good question.
Yes you can. Use 1/3c of Coconut Flour instead of 1c of Almond Flour. Increase the Egg Yolks to 8 instead of 4. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes to allow the Coconut Flour time to absorb the moisture.
Coconut Flour will make a drier cookie bar than Almond Flour. You might want to add 1/2c of Full Fat Coconut Milk or increase the Butter.
As a general rule use 1/3 the amount of Coconut Flour & double the liquids when converting a recipe from Almond Flour to Coconut Flour.
