That would vary so much by location that amounts wouldn't help anyone not in the same location. I can say all that would cost the same for 102 sq ft as it would for 2000 sq ft. It might have a composting toilet. Remote cabins do not always have sewer or even septic tank connections.
Thanks for showing whether people say they liked it or not. For something THIS small, I would like to see a shelf somewhere able to accommodate an airline size carry on roller luggage. The best place looks like the niche behind the seat, but you can't open the top panel of your luggage while stowed there. Maybe the "cutting board" is a place you could slide your luggage out onto the "cutting board" and over the walkway to open your luggage. Then the luggage itself remains to stow what you brought. The top pull-out cab could have been redesigned for a luggage. Otherwise I think they have done a lot in this small space. I kinda wish you did a review of the "business end" exterior closet with the mechanical systems and how they packed in the heat pump, water heater, electrical, etc.

At one point I was thinking about living in a travel trailer. This beats that all to pieces!! I love how contemporary it is. Love that you travelled to show it to us. Thanks!!
Thanks for the video. It looks like a quick and easy way to have a nice guest house. If you have an extra hundred grand lying around. I wouldn’t call it a home. Maybe a”bed shed”.
Beautiful surroundings. That’s why I love Cali. I like this type of tour. “Tour of discovery” so to speak. This is great for glamping. When you’re mostly there to see the scenery and to explore, you just need someplace to lay your head, cleanup and eat. Loved your term “the sit down program”. Very delicately stated terminology. 😊 Very informative video as always. Thank you.
Beautiful location that takes advantage of those big picture windows! Lot of bang for the buck! Right now it's more function with the scenery being the feature. But you could add your own charm and take it up another level! Nice one finding this Kerry!
Watched a video the other day of a girl who stayed in this “house” for a few days. It’s like a small hotel room with a tiny kitchenette. If it was at least ten feet longer it could be bearable. Of course it would be at least $30,000 more dollars.
Neat design - love the use of space. I would put that NOT under trees though- I would assume the windows would be expensive to replace when a branch fall on them. And one will someday.
I am enjoying your tours of these spaces. Like others feel, micro “homes” would not be suitable for most permanent living situations in North America. Maybe for a chichi conference center set up where each guest had their own private space. But compared to some of the living spaces I’ve seen on Japanese (Tokyo) channels, this is fairly spacious. It’s basically a “smart” capsule. Wish there was a way to have an open window, if there’s a power outage, how would a person get out, or have air flow?
Cool concept, but ridiculously small to be considered a "home". The exterior is pretty cool in that I imagine you could just pressure wash it every quarter, mainly due to those windows which you would want to keep clean to really enjoy them. Some simple HVAC ducting would be an improvement, seems odd to have the mini split in the kitchenette area. Looking forward to the M1 video.
Love some things about this & hate others. The "murphy" bed is awkwardly placed, takes up living room when not in use & seems to hang out into the walkway. Would be better on a couple of rails on the wall so it slides up to the ceiling when not in use, or as a twinxl/full murphy the other way so it folds up against the linen storage/closet. All those Internet Of Stupid Things smart features are sure to cause frustration & be a security weak point. Lots of electronics that WILL be going bad & be a pain to repair or replace. Kitchenette could be better designed too. Other than those things it looks sharp, sturdy & has a ton of cool features if you're into that. Really like the wet bath with built in ring light.
@dghinoak, yep. For all those thinking doomsday use: loss of electric in the beautiful boonies gets you locked inside with no ventilation, no lights, snacks and cold water coffee . Better hope roads are open for search parties. Otherwise, you be a desiccated mummy upon being found. That backup solar plan requires coughing up another leg in payments.
I love your reviews Kerry. These are beautiful and very affordable. The windows are amazing. Didn't care for the murphy bed, seemed blocky and imagine a sofa bed would work better. But makes a beautiful get away place for a few days. Can't beat that view!
The only thing you didn’t cover is, when you first step in, immediately to your left is a mirror that looks to have hooks for coats but does it open up at all? They have been so efficient in the design, I would think it opens in some way for a small amount of storage.
Jesus.........takes him forever to actually get to the place. Fail on the part of the channel. He actually starts at 4:55. This is at most a 5 min vid, but he's gonna waste your time. Install in 60 minutes? What about sewage lines, electricity hook-up, water lines, internet? There's no way it is put together in less than a day.
My big question is why in the world would you use a travel agent to book a simple trip? Are we in 1990? :) Great video. Also unless I missed it if this thing is not securely bolted down to pilings or other structure it would literally be blown around by a hurricane.

Waking up every 14th of each month to $210,000 it’s a blessing to I and my family… Big gratitude to Josh Olfert🙌
Hello how do you make such monthly?? I'm a born Christian and sometimes I feel so down 🤦♀️of myself because of low finance but I still believe in God
I operate a wide- range of Investments with help from My Financial Adviser. My advice is to get a professional who will help you, plan and enhance your management skills. For the record, working with Josh Olfert, has been an amazing experience.
I'm favoured, $90K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,, all thanks to Mr AJosh Olfert😊🎉
You had me at “raw dog”
The base model would be great for a home office or hobby space. The open floor plan offers enough room to setup a couple of desks.
This is really great. Self-contained price is good. Even if you just wanna have a place for you to get away. Who says you have to leave the comfort of home. But a lot of modern amenities as this one has I’d probably be setting them off all night long. Thank you so much. This is awesome to battle. A bottle of wine wasn’t included. 🍷
Super cute, love the raw dog footage
Thanks!
Very cool little space ! 👍
I kept waiting for George or Jane Jetson to pop out.
Has anyone ever seen the movie "The Fifth Element"? 😮 This is TIGHT! Let's call this the backyard office I use to hide from my kids for 40 minutes 😂.
Haha I have seen it!
I couldn't even fit my art studio into that space. My cutting table is almost the size of the bed.
I love spaces like this. Considering the area I actually use in my current place, I think I could live here...there.
Thanks for watching Dave
Love it! Fun as always man thank you!
Thanks 🙌🏼🙌🏼
@@KerryTarnow 😎❤️🙌☕️☕️☕️
60 minutes to set up a prefab is much to long, I am very busy. Please show a prefab home that as be set up in 15 minutes or less or set up on it's own like a life raft.
More great and varied options put out by Kerry, big fan.
Great tour, Kerry, thanks. 👍
Thanks Dale
Too slow. Wish he would have practiced ahead of time
@@Susan-h9z
Huh ?
What happened ?
IDK.
Great video! Loved the extra effort to give us the close shots of the various features. Funny, all these people saying you couldn't live there. If you were facing homelessness, this would be a castle lol. Looking forward to M1 video.
Thank you! M1 vid is out today
I think you oversold the "cutlery". How was the shower water to walk back through?
The shade needs to be able to stay open at the top so you can look out but have privacy at the mid level and bottom. This company needs to answer what are the legalities and can you put it on unbuilt land or only as an ADU in Ca? Thanks
Thats a good idea
This wld be a perfect solution for all the natural disasters that happen. Ppl need a place to live as they rebuild. Also. Homeless. It’s not pretty but it’s practical ty for showing us all these strange options for living quarters. Smart layout! ❤
Well done review, thanks. Wonder what you get for 35K since this is a 90K unit.
You’re doing a great job 😊
Appreciate it!
Professional and helpful presentation !
Well ....I think I'd maybe add a strip of mirror beside the table if this were feasible. It would recycle a main event view and cancel out feeling squished .
At one point I was thinking about living in a travel trailer. This beats that all to pieces!! I love how contemporary it is. Love that you travelled to show it to us. Thanks!!
Great video. Thanks Kerry!
Appreciate it! 🙌🏼
Excellent presentation. Stylish but cost prohibitive.
Another great tour! What a super cool model!
Thanks for the video. It looks like a quick and easy way to have a nice guest house. If you have an extra hundred grand lying around. I wouldn’t call it a home. Maybe a”bed shed”.
The glass walls and integrated technology are impressive. Hopefully a larger version will follow.
They have larger versions, video will be on the channel Thursday
Yes there will have tp be room for the kids and dogs.
Very informative video as always. Thank you.
That was great, thank you, Kerry.
Thanks for watching 🙌🏼
It's cool for so tiny a place. You need some land to place it on. Land with all the hookups.
Where do you put your suitcases? And it's not just an Airbnb that would need sheets pillows and other bedding...
Beautiful location that takes advantage of those big picture windows! Lot of bang for the buck! Right now it's more function with the scenery being the feature. But you could add your own charm and take it up another level! Nice one finding this Kerry!
Los Gatos is a beautiful area😊.Lexington Resevor in background?😊
Correct! Yeah its a really nice area
Watched a video the other day of a girl who stayed in this “house” for a few days. It’s like a small hotel room with a tiny kitchenette. If it was at least ten feet longer it could be bearable. Of course it would be at least $30,000 more dollars.
Thanks for watching Jules
Neat design - love the use of space. I would put that NOT under trees though- I would assume the windows would be expensive to replace when a branch fall on them. And one will someday.
Those windows are wild!
Correct!
All you need is a skylight and you can see the trees
I don’t know? A structure that size,it seems expensive
Everything on here seems expensive. 🤣
Love this became I could set it up either as a ADU for guest or have several setup and do an AB&B for the homeless!
Where are utilities tie in? Electricity, Water, toilets waste go?
It all connects at the back, its in the vid
Thx T! So you would need sewer, utility tie ins but no foundation for installation.
Neat! I actually live near Los Gatos. Gonna check it out this weekend
Cool! Enjoy 😃
Kerry! That's my area of the world!! Hope you enjoy LG :)
Such a nice place!
How’s does the water system and power work? Uses a battery? Where does the dirty water go? Where does the clean water come from?
The utilities come in at the back, I showed it at the start. The sewer connects into their septic.
Kerry, Thank you very much for showing us this. This is an awesome home and with a great price.
Thanks for watching Robert 👊🏻
How long are you going to make us wait to see the bigger ones ? 🤔
You’d be screwed during one of our California power blackouts! 😂 Nifty Airbnb option but not for full time living.
get some anker/jackery solar gen power banks
@dghinoak, yep. For all those thinking doomsday use: loss of electric in the beautiful boonies gets you locked inside with no ventilation, no lights, snacks and cold water coffee . Better hope roads are open for search parties. Otherwise, you be a desiccated mummy upon being found. That backup solar plan requires coughing up another leg in payments.
❤❤yeah that lack of manual lock option bugs the HECK outta me.
@@charlottecrookham As if someone couldn't just break the glass??
windows in the neighborhood with other people around looking in?
Fantastic presentation. Fun to know that this is available to spend a weekend.
With the trees, I'd be nervous about fires. Do you have to dig a well, septic tank and keep any hoa's from bugging you?
Wow the new meaning to tiny home this has got to be one of the most coolest things I seen on your channel thank you
Glad you like it 🤝
@KerryTarnow greatest one yet. Very innovative , actually amazing how they packed everything in there to live
My area of Cali 😊 The unit is really tiny, I think the upcoming 400 sq ft would be manageable. Or if they offered an option to combine two units.
Very cool.
Thanks for watching 👊🏻
I love your reviews Kerry. These are beautiful and very affordable. The windows are amazing. Didn't care for the murphy bed, seemed blocky and imagine a sofa bed would work better. But makes a beautiful get away place for a few days. Can't beat that view!
Thank you! Glad you’re enjoying the videos
Fun till the electronics malfunction.
Help i cant get out . Im tired & the bed wont fold down.
The only thing you didn’t cover is, when you first step in, immediately to your left is a mirror that looks to have hooks for coats but does it open up at all? They have been so efficient in the design, I would think it opens in some way for a small amount of storage.
This is great for when extended family come to visit for short term. 😊
Totally
Thank you for posting this micro house. Very cool for a temporary place in beautiful surroundings. Liked your style!
I wish you had read the guide
Thanks for shearing!!!
Thanks for watching
i need something like this for my dog
Mixed feelings. Some nice features. Feels squished, but guess they got a lot in.
They got a lot in if it was 35K. For 90K I will pass. Shelby already showed both of these on her channel too, but she didn't mention the prices... LOL
Idc what anyone says, I'm calling you "Raw Dog Kerry" moving forward.
😂
Love those units.
OMG!! It is like watching grass grow.
Nice electric door, what happens during a power outage? Are you stuck inside? Are you unable to enter if you are outside?
It can be operated manually
LOL "Sit down" program!
My big question is why in the world would you use a travel agent to book a simple trip? Are we in 1990? :) Great video. Also unless I missed it if this thing is not securely bolted down to pilings or other structure it would literally be blown around by a hurricane.
Tupperware plastic coffin
Lol, good one
This must be the suicide capsule I keep hearing about on YT.
