Serratus Anterior is a very important muscle but often gets neglected. Rhomboid stretch can make things worse when you have tight serratus anterior. Try Serratus Anterior massage and eccentric exercise

Sweet relief! I have gotten myself into a pickle by sleeping in the fetal position every night. Every morning I wake up in pain and have tried a million stretches, but never the connection to the Serratus Anterior. So grateful-this has helped enormously!
I just dont feel those rib muscles when stretching against wall or table. What am I doing wrong?

Did you start slowly getting pain when you started walking too? Im dealing with a similar situation; have been for almost 4 years now.
@@CyberCyrus313 no..i dont feel pain while walking running,but feel so when either sitting (mostly) or standing.
It is actually because of bad posture, this leads to abnormal alignment of muscles leads to pressing of nerves causing pain'
