They put us in the basement! LOL. 🙄 But that was the very first time dancers from all over the world actually got together and discovered each other’s styles. Back then, this had never ever been done before. Salsa grew world wide as the Internet grew worldwide. They followed each other, exponentially! That Congress was epic! Now Salsa Congresses are held virtually EVERY weekend SOMEWHERE in the world, where literally anywhere between 1000 to 5000 Salsa dancers attend!!! They are AMAZING!! I like to bring an apple, carrot chips, sliced red bell peppers, hummus, etc., in addition to nuts and edamame to still get some fruits/veggies in. But you got em in later anyhow, good job! And I love zevia, it's the best!

I usually go to a place around my neighborhood ( Cafe Gratitude ) and I think El griefo in P.R. was better.. My little island has come a long way. Vegan Bodybuilding on the RISE!!! Gold's Venice.

Those are definitely some healthy options! I don’t ever feel my best after a day of traveling, but having some healthy snacks helps.
