I’ve been doing a mix of CrossFit and running for years. I don’t train for competition, just enjoyment. I love the mixture, they complement each other well. I’m glad it’s becoming more popular!
As a vegetarian (limiting animal products as much as possible), your full day of eating videos are the most interesting to me and they actually are the ones that made me subscribe to your channel long ago, keep them coming! ❤❤❤

I LOVE these spend-a-day-with-you kinds of videos. I know you're busy and can't as easily just throw a casual video up in Insta or anything, so I'll take all the Natalie time I can get. lol. The only thing missing from that lobster roll is a toastable New England hotdog bun. But that looks as good as any I ever ate in my pre-plant life when I lived in Maine. And right before I watched your video I watched the latest from Derek Sarno where he turns roasted eggplant halves into fish filets that look legit. It's a very seafood kind of Sunday for me.
I love purple carrot! I wish every ore of their pre-made meals was high in protein. I’d love to see 20+ g protein in each one. I order 8 meals every 3 weeks and love having backups in the freezer for when I put off meal prep or ran out of time

Carbs: 150-250 minimal to max carbs.less is better. But, because you are carb overload, you have to have low healthy fats.... You have max out your carbs flying colors way over 250 carbs in grams, then burning tremendously in running. Carbs turns into sugar inflammations spikes insulin glucose... Each of your dishes has another carb base.. carb overload So, ok I'll try vegan ❤️. Letsss go
