This double wide is BIG with lots od space and options! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Grayson." One of my favorite styled mobile home. The only thing missing is a front coat closets.

Also main bath should have a window over bath/shower, preferably one that opens.
Very nice home. Nix the decorative shelving and bench at the front entry and make it a coat closet and extra storage space. Also get rid of the wire racks in the other 3 bedrooms.

This is my absolute favorite model ever. The shower/ large tub combo, all water closets are separate from bathrooms, the huge utility room, huge kitchen. Of all the ones I've seen, this checks all the boxes!

I normally dont care for showers but the master walk in shower is an eye catcher!😎 I like that tile color and the opening that over looks the tub. That set up is always a plus❤

It was one of my favorites when you first showed this model an still is. I loved how they put a real piece of wood at the front door on this model.

I like to see a triple wide also. I see some other showing one on their thumb nail. But I don't watch that channel. So I skipped it.

Beautiful home, I really like it when the master sinks are split, it looks great and also removes any question of who's mess is in the sink 😂.
This home is huge. Love that flooring is consistent throughout the whole home. Big plus for me. Like the separation in the dining area. Sink, utility room, where is it? Awesome tile shower. Well this is certainly more home than I could ever use. Having said that it truly is a beautiful home. Other than the sink issue it’s pretty perfect to me. Price is very competitive. Another home run from Chance.

WOW What a beautiful home! I think I counted 20? drawers in the kitchen? Love the kitchen and the large utility room with space to set up an ironing board and a drying rack--all it needs is a sink. One more thing, way to go on the floor--I hate carpet.

I can’t believe I missed seeing this one. It’s very nice; so many things I like about it. However; I don’t remember seeing a deep sink in the utility room & could the fireplace be changed to a wood burning instead of electric? Thank you Chance for showing this one. I appreciate the time & effort you put into this. God bless you & your family. Stay safe on those roads because I do believe people are losing their mind with the way they drive!! 🤦♀️

Finally! A living room that looks like a real formal living room rather than a ballroom. Use of plants surely softens the decor.practical kitchen layout good size fridge No bizarre light fixtures. Soft lighting decor.Nice. I would take two of those dining tables, put them end to end,more seating . Nice utility room. Wall space for freezers or refrigerate case to put finished party trays, salads, deserts, etc. these homes are perfect for entertainment.
I love the living room so far I love the kitchen but I love the sink by the window and the big island in the middle

Since the second bathroom does service three bedrooms it is nice to have the separate door for the toilet and tub. They should have put a second sink in there. That way kids could share without fighting.
Nice open kitchen. Soft-close cupboard doors are always nice.
I would rather have a set of frosted french doors or pocket doors into the bathroom in place of the swinging open door into the bedroom. I'm a bit claustrophobic and in any of the homes I would prefer a frosted glass door for the water closet. Also would like an upper cabinet over the commode for more storage (toilet paper, etc.). I had one in my bath in our dream house before my husband's job/company got shipped to China. We did not. It was so useful and kept it neat in that little room. A magazine rack is also handy. In the tub/shower/vanities section, we had one section that had no items on it so we had a pot shelf up top and put a TV up there to watch from the tub. Lower down, Steve had built me a cabinet to put 4 rolling hampers in to hold darks, brights, whites and other. On the cabinet we had a 55 gallon aquarium so you could watch the fish if not the TV. There was a surround around the tub and often had dinner and a movie on date night.
I wish at least one of the niches by the front door were a closet instead, though it probably wouldn't be too difficult to do a DIY conversion. I like that there's a pass-thru from the kitchen to the dining room instead of being full open-concept. ON EDIT: One more little nitpick - it'd be nice if the shower tile went all the way to the ceiling.

I appreciate that you post the floorplan before you walk through. I watched a video recently for a house where they didn't and I was lost like a ball in high weeds!

I think I'm starting to prefer sliding doors over french doors but I know both have they good/bad points.
I like it when the front doors has windows - it lets it in light.
I like the various niches in the main living area.
I like the color of the kitchen cabinets and the layout of the kitchen but I wasn't fond of the countertop design (too many faux woods for me).
Love the soft close cabinets, I detest the backspash.
Very, VERY nice pantry space - I'm so jealous!!
Beautiful dining space - is there an option to add an overhead fixture instead of having recessed lights?
Love the laundry room and really appreciate that there is room for a freezer.
I also like the square/rectangle sinks.
Holy cow, that master bedroom is huge. Love it.
Love the split vanity and the separate storage areas for each sink. I like that there is a water closet, especially considering that the entrance to the closet is in the bathroom (which I don't like).
I love the shower layout but I don't like that tile. I really like that the on/off for the shower is by the entrance and not under the shower heads.

Only thing would change is, take shelves and outcolve in living room and then into closet. A bigger master bath window that can open would be good, do like to air out from time to time. And your correct, wood floor are a hit.

Great layout!!! Nice to see the shower faucets on the entrance wall where they need to be🤗😂. Perfect home, almost..... add a coat closet at front entrance, double racks in master closet, a den, and sink and a dog wash area in the utility room..... Then perfect..... lol. If Im going to dream why not dream big 💁

I bake alot so I spend alot of time in the kitchen but to have a kitchen like this would be a dream and would be so awesome. Beautiful home thanks for sharing. Chance,you make me laugh and you make me smile. Your tours are the best. by far. I remember this home, very nice and spacious. I like the brick on the outside, very modern. The windows and sliding glass door adds lots of light and the ceiling beams really catch your eyes. Great pantry dance and big pantry, room for lots of goodies. Nice kitchen and flooring. The master bedroom is nice big closet for lots of storage and seasonal clothing. The bathroom too has lots of space. Love the tub and the shower is outstanding . Carry the stone outside over to the fireplace surround, the mud area would make a nice coat closet (like that wood bench tho.) and add a sink to utiltee room , would have been some nice touches. But still a really awesome home like it is . Tell Clay. to let me know when, this lot model is for sale. Heck I'll pay some good ol' Carolina boys to go down there and haul it back to NC for me. This is beautiful. I like that there is some separation of the living room from the kitchen but yet it's still easy to see the whole area. The only change I would make is to be able to get to the closet in the master bedroom from the bedroom area and not in the bathroom. The price also seems reasonable for everything that you get.
Love the pantry with wood shelves, they hold so much more. Love live this home.

That's a fabulous home. All the bedrooms look spacious. I love that master bedroom and bath, and the bench in the shower. The kitchen looks great and includes a nice pantry. I was guessing the base price would be over $200k. But it's a lot less than my guess.

Yep! This is my favorite layout too. I would change up the cabinet and counter tops to something lighter in color, and continue the brick back splash all around the kitchen, not just on the outside kitchen wall. And the nook in the living room as you come in (to the right), i would make the area with the open shelves a coat small closet. Love all the windows and that the bedrooms are all good size....especially the master bedroom. WOW.

I love this home if I had a larger family this would definitely be a great home.. Love the kitchen area and being able to see the dining room.The master bathroom is great because the sink separating is wonderful great tub/ shower. The children bathroom was really nice.
I absolutely LOVE this home!!! The one thing I would do differently is remove one of those back bedrooms and make that a "den"/2nd living space. Otherwise, this home is literally mine and my hubby's Dream Home!!! ALMOST there!!!!

This is an awesome model - without sounding too picky, I just wish the guest bathroom was closer to the Liv / Kit.... That way when people visit they don't have to walk past the bedrooms...
