Nice house. I don't know about anybody else, but I don't value insulation for cutting down noise. I value it for keeping my buns warm in the winter. Not everybody lives in Florida...

That’s just the All American. Most People that buy trailers can’t really afford a house and most people that can afford a house don’t buy a trailer. Prices are getting to high
"mobile"/"manufactured homes" always used to be under $100k...now, they start at $210,000.00 on up and up and up and up....
Actually… if you look up near your area (State). You can find a manufacturer that produces homes from 40k - 120k. They are also quite large living spaces with same layouts just different models. Look for BBB accredited and certified as an honest company, it shows you reviews and history.
@Ginseng14 Not ib Nevada Or Arizona...if you seen that please share the Info...because so far these Manufacturer home companies are Just as greedy as home builders Nowadays 😁🤷♀️
Anybody that would pay $200,000+ for a mobile home that depreciates just as fast as automobiles needs to get their head checked. They will always depreciate in value every year as opposed to a brick-and-mortar home that appreciates in value every year. People used to purchase these because they could get a new home for a third of the price of a brick and mortar but now they are charging the same price for a double wide trailer as a foundation homestead which is insane.

Lovely, but you still need to evacuate during a hurricane. $235K and it still is not hurricane-hard. And without the land to go with it. So, if you put this on private land, you pay for a water source (drill a well), pay to get a power pole and hookup, and pay a county impact fee so you can count on at least another $50K so you’re inching toward $300K for a structure without the land cost AND it is still not hurricane-hard.
Like the home only thing I don't like is the entrance to the closet from the bathroom

Not a fan of the 2tone cabs. A master bedroom means it has an en suite bathroom.

There is no place in the master where you can hang long clothes. I would like all my wood the same color even in the kitchen I don't like that chopped up look. Not crazy about floor vents but something like this I could live with, and also I would like stainless steel appliances I don't like the black. If they can make it like that I would buy a home like this it's perfect.

I don’t know the first two bedrooms seem kind of small on the master does not seem as big as the master should be. I personally don’t like the windows that are low because you only have one wall you could really put your bed on the master bath is beyond amazing the bathtub and the shower and the vanity is amazing. Personally, don’t like where you have to walk through the bathroom to get to a closet. It doesn’t make much sense to me or if someone’s in the bathroom and you have to get ready but I also don’t like a closet. I like that the toilet is in an open area.
Do you have any recommendations for homes in PA?

What I don’t like about the kitchen is the cabinets don’t go to the ceiling and I don’t like the finish on the counter
Not a fan of the sink between the washer and dryer
My opinion, if you’re going to do a stainless steel refrigerator, we shouldn’t do black appliances because you have white brown black and stainless steel in the kitchen
It is not a "Hot water heater" because hot water does not need to be heated. It is a water heater.
Two questions :
The first, can you build a handicap home ?
Second , do you build in other state?

It's unfortunate that Deer Valley has abandoned the consumers in S.E. Oklahoma. We purchased their product to find out they won't honor the warranty. What did we do wrong to be abandoned?
