If you don't have a jump rope handy, no worries! Just use your imagination like we normally do in these videos!
Jump roping helps you too lose weight, burn calories, and lose fat faster than any other workout. It helps prevent injuries, and skipping rope for about 10 minutes is the equivalent of running for 30. It can help you lower your blood pressure and increase your oxygen consumption. It can help you strengthen your knees (I can personally attest!), make your heart stronger, and make you a faster runner. More benefits include: it increases stamina and motor function, it improves bone density, it's low-impact for your joints (because your lightly using both feet), it stimulates the secretion of serotonin, and it's extremely effective for overall weight loss.

Turns out, I really hate not being good at something fist try 😂☠️. That was 10 minutes of physical and mental discomfort 🥲. My goal is to be able to complete this without breaks or missteps. Thank you for posting this!

How much times did you do the video?
60kg - 1,70cm - 1500 calories and 1,5l of water a day.
29-05 I had to take 3 breaks throughout the routine and I felt exhausted the whole time 😅 hope I'll get better!
31-05 I took a 5secs rest between each exercise to see if I could keep up with the whole video, but I still had to give myself a 1min break to catch my breath
02-06 Yassss! From the beginning til the end of the workout I felt great! I looked through the mirror a couple times and felt amazing. I think I look beautiful and I can't wait to get even better hehe

I’ve started working out for about a month and a half now, and I’ve been told jumping rope is so effective to burn body fat so ... here I am, and I just completed my first ever jumping rope workout! That was so intense, also a bit hard because I have ankles issues but I’m glad I managed to complete the entire video without dying. I’ll do more of these, thank you so much
hi, I just wanted to ask does your calves look bigger or something because I've been jump roping for awhile and I'm seeing my calves getting bigger
@@abikharlyngdoh Hey ! yes, my calves got a bit bigger (not much tho, since I'm not doing this for a very long time). After the first session they got bigger very quick (I think it was too much for a first time and my ankles issues didn't help so my calves suffered a lot). So now i try to stretch as much as I can to smooth them a bit

It's a good workout, not so hard, and 10 minutes pass by so quick 🤗 doing it for 3 days straight already 🤸♀️going to try it with cordless jumprope tomorrow 😉

So this is day 2 and let me tell you I think it’s so therapeutic it really helps with my mental health. I do it outside in my back garden which is good to have some fresh really gives me more energy

I never did double jumps or side to side jumps ever. It was also boring ol singles. I struggled with the 10 mins tineline but! I kinda learnt new ones. Love it! Can you do tutorials of individual jump rope variations for a beginner like me?

WEEK 1, DAY 1: I was doing a different jump rope video (one of the 20 minutes HIT one) and my goal was to do it 5 days a week for 16 weeks. I made it to week 3 🫤 because life and work mostly! Well, i quit my job and started a new, less time consuming job and today is my 2nd day in this new chapter. I intend to do this video at least 5 days a week for ideally- 16 weeks but realistically, let’s aim for 4 weeks. I am hopeful! Currently I am 25 pounds overweight and really sad and melancholy. I hope working out will help 🥺 God speed 🫡
WEEK 1, DAY 2: woke up with my legs hurting this morning. I was so uncoordinated for the first 5 sets of this video- and throughout actually 😅 no way I could keep up but c’est la vie! It took my about 2.5 weeks to get the hang of the other jump rope video so can’t wait to get there with this one! I messed up TONS today but can’t wait to get it better and lose some weight. I’m dripping with sweat so it’s already working? Eyooo! Here we go! Godspeed! 🫡
WEEK 1, DAY 3: I am really uncoordinated for this video- I thought I was an ok jumper but I cannot keep up and wasted too much time untangling myself from my jump rope, having too many “oops” or getting the rope caught on my tiny hair bun. 😑 I’m too uncoordinated! So, about 20% into this video (and past 100% of my patience) I decided to follow along with this video WITHOUT a jumrope and still doing the jumps and movements with my hands as if I had a jumprope in them. It worked! I was able to follow along but man! I need some breaks at least every 2-3 sets 😅 bathroom break at the 50% mark because my bladder is against me and even though this video is only a little over 10 minutes, it took me double the time to do it. Ayyy! But I did it 🥲 can’t wait to start using the rope again because man, it’s embarrassing how uncoordinated I am
⚠️ Late entry: WEEK 2, DAY 1: took the weekend off but simply because it was jammed packed busy. Still following along without a jump rope and still needing a break at the 22% mark and 50% point- I still worked up a sweat! It’s nice! I still feel uncoordinated but following along a lot better each time. Progress!
WEEK 2, DAY 2: following along better but still a bit uncoordinated and can’t match each set perfectly but slowly getting there. Definitely worked up a sweet by 70% mark and sweating by the end. Can’t wait to be able to follow along with the jump rope - I still get so tangled up, in order for this to get done right, I’ve got to follow along without it. Trying to do this earlier in the day but struggling- hopefully tomorrow, to start the day off right!
WEEK 2, DAY 3: son asked why I do t use a jump rope and agreed with my answer- still sweating and working out well. It’s hard to follow along at the same tempo but I’m getting there 😅
My first jump rope workout and I love it!! Would you consider making a longer form one-maybe with a specific artist or different moves? It’s a great way to mix up cardio and challenge myself :))

Day 1: oh my god im literally sweating head to toe, I really felt the burn, but bc its my first day, i couldnt really keep up because im so used to breaks in workout, so i took some of the double jump exercises to take a sip of water or to let my legs relax cuz my calves were really hurting, ill wear shoes the next time!!
Day: i coudnt keep up at all because my feet were hurting so much, i don’t know why but I think its from yesterday, my muscles are still adapting

I'm actually already fit (almost 5 yrs of powerlifting and have a decent endurance for my weight when running) and wanted to incorporate some skipping before my workouts but GIRL AFTER THE FIRST 2 MINUTES I WAS GASSED AND HAD TO TAKE A BREAK. it was really fun though and my goal is to do at least 5 minutes without resting as my warmup! I could only use the weighted handles of one of my ropes without the actual rope itself because it's shitty asf and always gets tangled up. So the ultimate goal would be to do this with a whole jump rope one day😂 but thx for this, you did an amazing job! 😊

I tried this on my first day getting back on a workout routine. Well, I consider myself as a beginner but I've been jumping rope 1000x per day the past few weeks (with breaks in between) and I've done it with ease.

How many calories be burnt by doing this?
I started with the jump rope a month ago and can do about 1200 jumps in 10-12 minutes. I always start with doing the 1000 and after that i‘m doing another workout with the jumprope so i‘m doing it about 25 minutes everyday. I eat under 1400 kcal and drink about 1,5-2L of water everyday but don‘t see any difference. Does anybody have some tips for me or know why it just doesn‘t work for me to loose weight? :/

Hey! Try walking 10k steps a day! Walking is so underrated and it burns a considerable amount of calories, you can listen to music while walking so that you can have fun!
You are ruining your metabolism by eating so few calories a day, 1400 kcal is not enough for even a toddler.
