      So glad to hear it, Joe! I have a bunch of office ones - just google "yogabycandace office yoga" or "yogabycandace chair yoga" and you'll find other videos if you get sick of this one!

    I'm a college student taking all animation and writing classes this year. Between hunching over a keyboard and hunching over drawings or animation sets, my shoulders and neck were nOT happy with me. This little routine was exactly what I needed to loosen up the tight muscles I so often neglect. Thank you!

    Thanks so much! I have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I've followed along with this for 3 evenings so far and it's helped reduce my stiffness and pain. It's also a very enjoyable thing to do! I'm going to do this every evening! :)

    As someone who needs to sit at a desk for most of the day at work this is amazing. A lot of tension in my back I didn't even know I had is gone now. Thanks very much for this video.

      I'd like to see one like this done w/a rolling chair, though, as those seem a bit more prevalent and possibly harder to use w/some of these moves!. (Possibly zoom in some, too, please. Seems like a bit of white space that could be better used...just my 2p, though, b/c you're great.) Thanks, Candace!

    Thank you Candace, I practice your chair yoga for upper shoulders and neck almost daily. I would love to see a sequence on sensitive knee yoga. BTW, your husky is adorable.

    Hi Candace, I love your yoga videos. Clear explanation with great pace, not too slow or too quick. I would like to ask you if you have any videos focused mainly on lower back. I have a nine months old child who has almost 10 kilograms and it is really hard on my lower back to carry him around and lifting him up like a hundred times a day. Thank you very much.

      Hi! I do. Often times low back pain is associated with weak core muscles and/or tight hips, so many of the low back vids I have are hip releasing. You can google 'yogabycandace low back' and a bunch of vids will come up, or you can start with this one: www.yogabycandace.com/blog/2018/7/17/yoga-for-tight-hips

    Wow Im a hairstylist and pretty much have all the same issues except I stand all day. and I did this before my 9 hour day and it helped so much! Thank you! Question- what are some good stretches to do for forearms? Trying to keep my carpel tunnel at bay.

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  7 лет назад

      Ah! Hairstylists have it SO tough!! I would actually suggest foam rolling your forearms. I think that would be really helpful to keep the fascia loose.

    This is probably gonna sound like a super weird question but is it dangerous to stretch your neck regularly without strengthening it? I read somewhere that it is and now I'm paranoid if I take time to stretch out my neck several times a week.

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  7 лет назад

      I feel like gentle stretching is not dangerous. I wouldn't aggressively pull or be forceful on the neck.

    My neck pooped the whole time isnthat okay?

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  3 года назад

      Damn, I hate when my neck poops hahahahha. So popping joints is generally no problem, so long as there is no pain associated with it. You may want to see a dr just to be sure.
