I so needed this. Not sure why I didn't do this sooner. Or found this video. I been having issues from my left shoulder, side of my ear to my head. Sometimes headaches and dizziness. I think it is from me. Sitting up in my bed a lot playing on my tablet with my head down so much. Now I'm paying for it. Going to be doing this each night before going to bed. I could feel it in my back and arms when doing this. Great video.

Wonderful relaxing sequence. When doing the turn where your arm hits the back of the chair, I move to the corner of the chair to avoid this. I have been doing yoga for many years. It is great to continue to find different practices that follow the heart of hatha yoga. Thank you so much!

Amazing subtle practice. When I was younger it was, no pain no gain. How wrong I was. Doing this kind of practice and listening to the body is the best thing any of us can do.

  • @ТатьянаМануковская-г6м

A charming voice full of friendliness! And a wonderful workout for those days whaen you don't feel like doing crazy poses but still need some movement medicine for the body. Many thanks and the best to a charming trainer Olga! Tatiana, Russia

God bless you with fibromyalgia Me too. I"m trying carnivore diet, intermingled with Keto. Watch Jordan Peterson and his daughter talk about how it made chronic pain vanish. also watch videos on latest science about pain in the brain and how with practice we can shift out of trauma created pain (it's all trauma created). Many people with gut disbyosis have fibromyalgia. Hence the Carnivore diet which disallows fiber that feeds the bad bacteria in the gut. It resets the system. My heart goes out to you. People heal!

Hi, I have two session following this Chanel yoga, and during the relaxation after the exercise, my body moved or swayed involuntarily by itself, this never happened to me for any yoga movement. It worries me a bit. Can anyone explain a bit to me what is wrong with me? Thanks !
