Thank you! All your interviews are very insightful! I appreciate your (and Dr. John's) work very much and admire your investment in this investigation. Not that it matters much but after seeing few comments - I fully agree with his "aha moment"; i think that is exactely what Lori is thinking. It does not justify her horrendous plans and actions or dimishes the fact she premeditated them.
Thank you, kudos, be well and safe🙏🏼 greetings from Belgium❤

I just listened to these over the weekend while I worked. I thought the deep dives on the psychologist aspects were fascinating. I grew up in home with a narcissist parent, so not only were these episodes helpful in understanding this case, it also helped me process my own experiences a bit more. I went to therapy for years, so I'm not doing therapy by YT by any stretch. lol. But understanding it all is kind of a continual unfolding of information, and those episodes unfolded a bit more for.

It seems like Lori never suffered from the cognitive dissonance of being religious but drinking, being religious but lying, being religious but having premarital sex, being religious but being spiteful, being religious but committing adultery, being religious but being malicious and hateful, and finally, being religious but being a serial killer. It’s narcissism dialed up to a million.

Retired detective here. I remember watching the first documentary about this case, seeing and hearing Janice, I could tell that image has always been everything and that nothing is off limits just so long as it doesn’t affect the family’s image and no one talks about it. Later I heard Alex’s first wife talk about his creepy relationship with Lori; and was convinced that there was a history of sexual abuse in that family. This sweet lady’s account of the pubic hair advice is a huge indicator known as age inappropriate sexual knowledge. She confirms my suspicions. These messed up people were created by the father’s perversion and the mother’s denial and willful blindness. They’ll meet Alex and Lori in Hell.

OMG! This has got to be one of the strongest, most brave and introspective trauma victims I have ever seen. My daughter is a Therapist and she has talked about EMDR therapy and how effective it can be. I kind of just ignored her and did the “ I see your lips moving but yada yada yada”. Obviously i need to have her explain it again and pay attention. I am so impressed with Megan’s insight into her family dynamics and her ability to process it rationally.

I am a trauma victim and I was pursuing my psychological science degree which helped me figure out what was wrong with my family as I always knew even as a little girl that it wasn't normal. Like it wasn't normal for my gather to say that he hated me at age 9 or for my mom to be thrown from moving cars by my father. It was the reason I studied Psychology, to begin with.
With I went to a psychotherapist this year for EMDR therapy. My life has already changed I can hold a full-time job now as a Food technologist which I couldn't before. My GP had me take another mental health written to tear and my scores are normal now when 7 months ago they were extremely severe with CPtSd.
I changed my major from Psychological Science to Biomedical Science which I believe was a trauma attachment to understand or my brain to make sense of everything.
I still plan to work with trauma people once I am done healing my own. I will become a peer counsellor

She comes across without drama or exaggeration, but with authentic emotion. For me, that's an indicator of a person's sincerity - they just try to be rigorously honest (in conversation, they pause and reflect; they make seemingly small corrections; they are graceful and fair). What an accurate way to put it, the difference in how boys get a free pass and girls, not so much. Exemplified in the LDS belief that men will become gods, ruling over their own planet but women will remain subservient for all eternity. And this is considered paradise, lol. But this kind of system is present in all patriarchal religions to some extent.

Both of you ladies are so smart and intuitive, and I hope this interview helps Megan find some solace with every comment that is in support of both her decision & experiences. I also think everyone of the people who were texting about Tammy, Brandon, Tylee and JJ being possessed and needing to die should be charged with conspiracy to murder. Isn't that what Lori is charged with? If she's guilty then they all should be. Arizona should prosecute them as well for Charles. There's much more evidence in that case to get convictions.

Joe Ryan who she made so many claims against, when she wanted out of that marriage to be with Charles just suddenly dies 7 months before Charles, is left in his Texas home for weeks with the heat turned up, decaying, can’t find a cause of death….was he Alex’s first? Why is no one looking into him?
