- It is a time of chaos. Star Wars creator George Lucas has sold his company, Lucasfilm, to the expanding Disney Corporation.
After being attacked by a ravenous group of fans, Lucasfilm succumbs to their demands and scraps George's plans for the Sequel Trilogy.
With their leader gone and former plans demolished, film director JJ ABRAMS steps in to continue the story Lucas was left unable to finish....
"Oh no, someone is shooting super lasers at planets again"
Sorry this took so long and that the subject is only a portion of what I intended the video to be. For one, even though I wrote the script well beforehand (like a year ago), I went back and watched movie again so I could fact-check what I was saying. Doing this only gave me a LOT more to say about the movie.
"Buy our books!"
"And that was Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens!
The sequel trilogy makes the entire OT pointless. Instead of continuing where episode 6 left off and making something new, it’s just a rip off of the OT.
I've been going through a rough time lately, but seeing this in my sub box actually cheered me up a bit!
Even though this is one guys opinion it is one of the best summary of WHY the sequel trilogy is hated...but in a measured explanatory way.
I'm sorry brothers but I must break the 69 likes so that this video is favored more in the algorithm.
Critically under viewed. You are really good at this bro.
Yay, I saw it before Disney took it down!
Yet another excellent review!
How did i miss this upload!? Augh. I even have the bell set to All Uploads. Sorry for commenting late, but amazing video F5F! Best negative review on TFA on youtube
The reason this film was celebrated so much is because it was basically an OT purist's wet dream. Because of that people ignored its flaws hoping that the next film would explain everything. Then the next film came out

Truly spoken, Sire, but by far too few views!
Can't wait for you to cover the sh*tfest that was the Last Jedi.
I’m sorry
I'll admit, the very last line kind of rubbed me the wrong way
