A great video! Thanks. I am 44. I had a knee surgery two weeks ago. I started to prepare myself slowly for normal life and sport one week ago. I have to love cycling because of my knee 😂
Indeed welcome in static workouts and cycling. Be careful with self preparation. After surgery, medical advices would be needed. I had surgery on my knee also.
@@team-tennisenglish1514 may i ask you what kind of surgery did you have? Was it a meniscus injury?
@@andrejefremov1978 Yes, part of one meniscus was removed. Very important to keep good muscles around the joint. I had a cartilage lesion when I lost muscles because of lack of proteins. Now I've recovered muscles, I feel much better.
@@team-tennisenglish1514 thanks! I started to do some special exercises to make stronger the muscles around the joint. I'm going to try be attentive to that when I come back to tennis. That's really very important. Stay healthy! You have got a great channel and a beautiful backhand!
