    Wilson Shift 99 300g review: www.team-tennis.net/tennis-ra...
    Wilson Shift 99 300g
the most powerful of the three but there is a little control side that is present,
    for intermediate/advanced players,
who are looking for an intermediate level of power,
who want a Wilson racquet with intermediate power, between the Pro Staff/Blade, control oriented and Clash/Ultra/Burn, more power oriented,
with a versatile game style, aggressive with power and topspin,
or flat game style that is not too powerful and slice,
who are looking for good access to topspin,
    good manoeuverability,
a very good level of comfort, low vibration and slightly softened feelings when hitting the ball.
    Head Gravity MP
for intermediate/advanced players with a relatively powerful game,
who are looking for a good level of control with at the same time good access to topspin, which is a bit hard to find,
with a powerful and topspin game, powerful players who don't use much topspin could lack control,
who want a maneuverable racquet with a slight feeling of weight in the head,
who want a good level of tolerance and a correct level of comfort.
    Head Radical MP
in my opinion, the least powerful of the 3,
for intermediate/advanced players with a relatively powerful game,
who are looking for a feeling of control that is present, without wanting a racquet that is the most demanding,
who want an average access to topspin or who play flat/with slice,
who are looking for good manoeuverability and good comfort.

Great review again! Always lovely to watch your beautiful strokes!
Seems like you fallen in love with the latest Head Auxetic Gravity MP.
Any chance of further reviews for sticks like Ezone 98 2022? Cheers!

My racquet of choice is a Gravity Pro, but I'm experimenting with the new Radical MP to get more precision and zip. As a very flat hitting all-courter with OHB, 8 grams total at 3/9 and 10 g in the handle transforms the stick into an absolute weapon.. ;)

Great video - wish more reviewers would compare racquets this way rather than just talk about the one they test. Much more useful. Tempted to try the Gravity but as the old version is on sale did you feel any difference playing the new Gravity MP compared to the previous version ?

Thank you ! Yes as I said, a bit more comfort for the latest but don't worry it's close.

Jean Pierre - thank you for another excellent review.
Is there any way you could review Head Gravity Pro?
That exact model needs your expert review :-)

Great comparison. Do you still use the prince duraflex at 20 kg. for the shift? I have the shift 300 stringed with tier one tour status at 20 kg. and found it still to stiff. Will try the duraflex next.

Thanks. Yes, I've just broken the strings but I could use duraflex again. Maybe I'll try another multi.

@Team-Tennis-English Hi would like to ask you or someone who understands, to explain one thing to me, I have been playing tennis professionally and I have been training it for two years, let's say I have been playing recreationally, I play with Babolat Pure Drive 315 g, I have been reading and watching about rackets for a long time and I'm thinking of switching to Head, because I'm missing that kind of control in the exchanges, and now I'm really undecided between Gravity pro or Speed pro,or some other racket? so I'm interested in the opinion of which racket might be better suited? please can i get an answer?

I think gravity with some weight at 3-9 could be an amazing raquet. Similar to the vcore pro 100 (my personal favorite)

I played with the Vcore Pro yesterday, it's different from the gravity mp. I have more control with the Gravity and more topspin.

I value your opinion. Which racquet do you personally use as your “holy grail “ stick?

Currently I switch between Wilson Pro Staff X when in a great shape, Wilson Blade 98 16x19 when average and Wilson Shift when tired 😀

@@team-tennisenglish1514: Jean Pierre, my friend…. I’m a 75 year old 4.0 singles player…. Great shape, very competitive… I use a SW forehand, hit some topspin ( trying to produce more), and lots of flat…. I like to drive the ball with my one- handed backhand… presently, I am hitting with the Shift ( just demoed the VCore 98, but I can do more with the shift, so I sent it back).. everyone says that the Pro Staff is great for the one hander, but they are heavy, and therefore not as maneuverable as I would like ; never hit with the Wilson Blade 98 16 x19.. Would it fit me? Or, do you recommend that this old guy just stay with the Shift 300! All the best, Jean Pierre…ciao, John

Can you compare gravity mp with prince ats 100P as control, power and feel? I Know very well the 2015 version. Thanks

    • @team-tennisenglish1514

Gravity mp lighter, easier to swing, better for topspin, power close but I'd feel better with the Gravity, a bit less comfortable.

Gravity mp lite is 62RA... CAN be customized to your favite specs ..plays better the mp

    • @team-tennisenglish1514
      @team-tennisenglish1514  Год назад

Lite far too light for me. Gravity MP is already a bit too light and I look for racquets that I almost don't need to customize. I want more "material" weight as possible.

@Team-Tennis-English rackets have steel in their handles to add weight...not graphite ...use a magnet on your rackets to see ....I use silicone n foam which gives better feel

Jean Pierre, superb comparison! I’m a 75 year old 4.0 singles player. Use a SW forehand, some FH topspin, but lots of flat. One- handed backhand, mostly flat, some slice. Lots of touch from both hands… soft hands. I’ve been trying many racquets over the past 5 years, and I have been paying particular attention to your work. We have communicated many times. I want to thank you for recommending the Shift 300 to me … I have been playing with it for a few months now… playing very well with it..nice feelings…. I string it with MSV Swift Comfort at 53… first time I have ever used a full poly… so far so good…. I did want to try the VCore 98, and maybe the Gravity mp ( because you like it so much).. but, honestly, the Shift has lessened my urge to try other racquets. Ciao, John
