Head Extreme MP 2022 Auxetic
I would recommend the Head Extreme MP 2022 Auxetic tennis racquet to players:
- of an intermediate or advanced level who want a medium weight racquet,
- possible for sporty beginners, otherwise it could be safer to see the Head Extreme Team L (265 g) or MP L (285 g)
- players who want a racquet with a good level of power,
- with a moderne game, power, topspin,
- also with a versatile game ; slice, flat shots, in that case not extremely powerful,
- who want a racquet that provides easy access to topspin,
- looking for a racquet with a neutral balance, a slight head heavy feel,
- looking for a comfortable racquet,
- who like the previous version and want to update their racquet without losing the feel,
- who own the Head Extreme MP version with a balance of 32.5 cm, who like the feel but would like a more head light version. - Спорт
Thank you for review🤗
Always great reviews. Interested to hear what you have to say about pro staff X
I've played with it yesterday but I want to play again with it. Review soon, after the Extreme Tour.
Dear JP, nice review as always. I enjoy everytime (: but the G360+ Version was also with 325mm Balance, my friend
Thank you ! Indeed it seems there's a mistake in my database for the balance of the g360+.
hey there,
which strings and how much tension do you recommend for the extreme MP?
I just bought myself a used one from Ebay which has got Head Lynx Tour Strings( 22/21 KG )(48,5 /46 lbs)
I would say my skill level is beginner to intermediate. (3.0 - 3.5 NTRP)
I try to learn good topspin strokes from the baseline and i wanna hit harder than im actually able to :-)
Thanks
Marius
As always, thanks for your review Jean-Pierre! Quick question, have you tried extended frames, and what do you think about them?
I wrote an article on my french website, I've just translated it for team-tennis.net : www.team-tennis.net/tennis-racquets/extended-longbody-tennis-racquets
@@team-tennisenglish1514 much appreciated
Jean Pierre, excellent video as you already have us used to, brilliant, all the details, I congratulate you are very professional. I wanted to know for one hand backhand, what do you recommend, head speed mp or head extreme mp? Which one do you think is better? I have a flatter backhand and the forehand c top spine, thank you very much!!!
Hey, thank you. I don't think one is better than the other for the 1H backhand. Same weight, head size and balance... The head extreme Tour would be better, head light and smaller head size. But less power.
Jean Pierre: Which would you choose: Head Extreme Tour, MP or Wilson Shift 300? Also, I use to play with Prince .. you are tempting me to try the TT Tour 100 p. , older or new version ?
Thanks for the great review!
Did you notice the tighter stringbed in the center - did that make any difference (in comparison to the 360+ version)?
i was hoping that racquet to play somewhere in the middle between 360+ MP and 360+ Tour because of that change.
i think the 100 inch Auxetic Extreme MP would help in terms of forgiveness (but cant demo myself currently :/)
Hey ! No I didn't notice the tighter string pattern. I did not feel much difference with the previous version. The 100 head size helps for forgiveness indeed.
They tightened the stringbed in the center of the new Version for more control. The 360+ MP had a more open pattern. Auxetic MP has now the same string density as the previous 360+ Pro (315 gr.) . I compared the string density at home because all those rackets are in my bag xD
would you say its so much better than the previous one? is it worth the change? thanks man....and thanks for your reviews, they re great!
Thank you for your comment. Well, the change of balance is an important update in my opinion, it makes it easier to swing.
John P’iere, I don’t put much energy as I get older, a few seconds later crushes every shots😅
Haha ! It was even more when I was young. I should make a video were I play like when I was young but just during 5 minutes because if not I'll have multiple injuries 😀
@@team-tennisenglish1514 amazing my friend. In my eye you are still a beast especially with that beautiful one handed back hand.
@@phyotennis7462 Soon I'm going to review the Pro Staff V14 X. I've played with it and I should have made a video. I had crazy feelings on the backhand, like when I was 25 ! I'll try to reproduce that in the video of my review !
Would making it a bit more headlight stop it feeling so slow on my 1hbh, not happy with it there...
Maybe the extreme tour, review coming soon
Can you compare it to Head Speed MP Auxetic, Power/Control/Spin/Comfort
Thanks a lot
Speed MP is less powerful/more control, spin not so far but a bit less maybe, comfort close.
Jean-Pierre, excellent review! Thanks. One question: Which racket do you use?
Thank you ! I play with a Prince Tour 100P
Please review the Extreme Tour. The MP is for children. 😉
Lol, it's coming next
so get a prestige...
Davidovich Fokina plays with an Extreme MP. Of course he's just a child, Chad would wipe him off the court.
