Figure still in stock most places.. especially on Amazon.. i potentially see him coming down to 40s price point. Hopefully sandstorm comes down too .. otherwise. Its the hasbro official springer we've been. Waiting for.
I got the T30, Siege, Wreck 'n' Rule versions, being a fan of the Wreckers and of Springer in particular. Given the delay in releasing him in the UK I've had plenty of time to think it over. If the price comes down I'll definitely get him, as opposed to merely probably getting him. Shall have to see how he looks with the SS86 Arcee. Gah. I'm being marketed to again.
Are my eyes just playinng tricks on me? Battle damage aside, I legit feel the Siege car mode is a bit closer to the cartoon. *shrug* I like the lime green a bit more than the dull green. Planning to keep both, displaying SS86 in bot mode and Siege in an alt mode. On SS86 car mode, the light green and yellow bits on the top of the car just stick out too far.
I also like the bright green on the Siege release. I do think the colors are overall more cohesive on the SS86. Either way, its good we have options to get the one we like. I think either one is really good in a collection, and not really missing out on much having one and not the other.
He doesn't look different enough to warrant me jumping on him for the small upgrades at full price. If I see him on sale somewhere, I'll grab him, but if not, I won't loser any sleep over it.
Great review Ghost Prime!!! To answer the question in the video title, I think the answer is YES! SS86 Springer is worth having in your collection, even if you already have Siege Springer. :D Keep on being amazing.
I will double back and buy this when it goes on discount as i cancelled my pre order for other figures i jeed first as i already have the seige version
Already got the Voyager and quality control is awful. Can't stand up right due to loose feet and ankles, and the transformation is awful. I'm not gonna splash out or this one.
The Quality on the SS86 has been fixed for the most part. The chest actually stays together better as it has more tabs holding it in place, and is easier to transform. They didnt fix the ankles, and I wish they did.
You're an excellent reviewer! Detailed, awesome, never stop!
Thank you very much!
I'm beyond exited to get one

Yeah, I won't be surprised if it does go on sale, honestly. It is really nice though
The front wheels being green ARE cartoon animation cell accurate although it looks weird to us

Curious if u noticed..in the head part of springer..the snap on when on robot mode..does urs connect locked all the way or just barely lock?.ty
It's pretty solid on mine.
Will get SS, but only if I can get it for the Voyager price down the line. Otherwise, not worth the out-of-pocket for the minor differences.

I like both too. One will load the launcher and the other will stand by prime. :)
Crap@@GhostPrimeReviews
I like the new accessories and new tooling, but i don't love that price of $54.99.
I had to upgrade as I’m a toon guy first!
86 looks way better me thinks.
So this one can't wear a Sixgun jetpack?
Its missing two ports on the backpack. So it does lose some functionality
@@GhostPrimeReviews dang it😡
Those ankle are really crap though, REALLY surprising those have not been fixed
Right! Big oversight since they fixed every other issue
@@GhostPrimeReviews odd that. I have the wreckers version and they were so loose it couldn't stand. Repeated applications of floor polish fixed it.

We'll see if it does. It would be more worth it at a lower Price point. It is a good upgrade

Found these in retail, all accessories pilfered. Absolute failure on Hasbro part to maintain windowless boxes. Absolute failure.
Shame, the window on Springer is especially large too.
12:05 those wings are the worst on SS86.
