    This was a great workout. I only used 5lb weights and it was a killer!! Love your sessions Chlo!!!

    Recovering from a frozen shoulder, this was PERFECT (did it without weights but slowly getting there ;))

    Great arm workout. I wanted to try the glut one too but since I had already used my email on a prior free class it wouldn’t let me unlock. Is there another way to try? Thanks for your great classes. Intense yet fun!
