Love all your arm workouts Annie and this is not an exception. However, I definitely prefer a bit of guidance especially as to the weights . I have a hard enough time as it is calculating pounds to kilos without having to guess from the size. 😅 All said and done, I will be looking forward to all your new workouts and I am eternally grateful❤❤❤

I'm a stay at home mom, and thanks to your videos I am able to work fitness into my day. I love how you always remind us we can use 3 or 5 lb weight, it stopped me being hard on myself the days when 3's are all I feel like doing. But, I was wondering what you do for cardio and your leg workouts? Keep up the amazing work!
Cardio I do about 2x -3x a week. I’ll either run for 30 minutes outdoors pushing the stroller, cycle on my bike for 20 minutes. The rest of the time I’ll do 2x of weightlifting (arms one day legs the other) 30 minutes of exercise is all I do when I workout.

I done your video but I was too busy looking at the beautiful backdrop and forgot you weren't commentating so I must have done like 20 bicep curls and went "oops 🙄🙊 " better start again lol.missed your commentating to keep me right, but still lovely seeing you. Loving your hiit workouts to lose my baby weight, almost there! , omg a hiit workout challenge next as an idea ?! 😲🤩 x
